Haus am Waldrand

Entspanne dich im stilvollen und ruhigen Haus am Waldrand im UNESCO Biosphären Reservat, unweit des Rennsteiges (2 km entfernt). Haus ist modern und komplett eingerichtet mit Wohnzimmer inklusive Kamin, Sofa, Tisch, TV. Wohnküche mit Induktionsherd, Geschirrspüler und Waschmaschine befindet sich ebenerdig. Außerdem lohnt es sich, bei schönem Wetter auf der Terrasse mit herrlichem Weitblick zu frühstücken/grillen. Schlafraum (1,60 m Bett), Sofa sowie Arbeitsplatz (schnelles WLAN) und Ausblick.

Das 107 qm große Ferienhaus bietet auf zwei Etagen ein Wohnzimmer mit offener Küche, sowie darunter ein Schlafzimmer mit anschließendem Ankleideraum und ein Bad. Die großzügig ausgestattete Küche bietet die Möglichkeit sich komplett selbst zu verpflegen. Das komfortable Schlafzimmer Ist mit einem 1,80 m breiten Doppelbett ausgestattet. Falls nötig ist ein weiterer Schlafplatz schnell auf dem Schrankbett gerichtet. Als besonderes Highlight befindet sich eine Sauna in dem Ferienhaus.

The guest apartment is located directly on campus, yet close to nature. If you have problems with pets, insects or feathered friends, you should not read any further. Close to shopping, swimming pool, ice rink, good gastronomy, nature reserve. Parking is available right in front of the property. Good starting point for hikes to the Kickelhahn, to the Bobhütte, Gabelbach or Rennsteig, for bike rides on the Ilmradweg or individually, motorized for tourist destinations in Thuringia

The house is modernly decorated and the garden offers plenty of space to spread out. In the winter months, it is perfect for winter sports in and around Oberhof. In the rest of the year, it is great for hiking, cycling and sightseeing in and around the Thuringian Forest and much more. The sauna and hot tub require preparation. If you want to use them, please let us know after booking. Furthermore, we have a pool that you can use in summer by arrangement.
