Holiday rentals with a patio in Immenstaad

Great stay at Niklas’ Airbnb. The views are fantastic of the lake and easy access to get to. Parking and instructions were clear and the apartment was clean and spacious and lots of room on the balcony to enjoy the views. The location itself is quiet and peaceful. Lots to do near by and Niklas is quick to answer questions and help us locally discover the best spots. I’d stay again.

We were all super excited and enjoyed the time very much. Martin and his family are very accommodating and friendly. It's a shame that time has passed so quickly. This place can't be described as such, it doesn't do it justice. It is an all-round carefree package where you feel very welcome. We'll see you again for sure.

Beautiful apartment with amazing lakeside views. Light and airy. Pretty garden. Very stylish but also practical and comfy. The kitchen had everything we needed and the sofa was huge in the sitting room space was great for relaxing. Bed big and comfy and nice linen with a choice of pillows. Great shower. Peppa also provided all the basics plus a surprise bottle of wine which was very much appreciated. Easy, pretty 10 min walk through the gardens into town. Also countryside with a pathway within 2 mins walks so giving the dogs a walk in the mornings before we set off to discover the area was so easy. Peppa is so friendly and helpful too - the perfect host.

The place was very spacious for two people, it has an amazing view of rhe Constance area & the lake from rooftop balcony which also has a hot tub-it was a great addition and we used it every day. The location is good and easy to access the main locations on foot, is about 20 mins walk to the lake so if this is a problem for you then maybe look to stay closer. The circular stairs to the upper level are tight but ok, just remember to watch your head as i am 6 foot plus and hit it a few times! The unit was fully equipped plus light & bright. The upstairs bedroom did get hot (in summer) but was ok, the bed is big and very comfortable. There was a wine fridge with drinks for purchase which was a nice touch. Overall the place was very much as described & as per the pictures, and the hosts were proactive and very responsive. We greatly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend to others

What a lovely place in beautiful Appenzell! Berti was the best host! Showed us to the apartment and explained where everything was. Quite roomy! Nicely decorated. Kitchen had good assortment of spices and coffee/creamer. The rooftop was amazing with the views and totally private. Totally walkable from train station and shops , restaurants. It does get a bit warm and a little street noise. Would definitely stay again !

We had a great time in Carola's apartment, which was a wonderful starting point for our bike tours. The well-equipped kitchen and the view of the greenery are highlights of the accommodation. Communication with Carola also went smoothly.

For four nights we stayed in the apartment and explored the area with our e-bikes. We are very satisfied and are happy to recommend this property.

Super great apartment, everything very high quality. Everything you need for your stay is available (except a full-length mirror). The location is right next to the train, so all activities are easy to reach. A P&R parking lot is directly opposite the apartment. Two supermarkets are also within walking distance and the host's recommendations were great. In general, the contact was super pleasant and unobtrusive. We will be happy to come back.

We can only report good things! We booked 1 week for 4 adults. The situation on site was exactly the same as the photos and information in the advertisement. A wonderful house in a fantastic location away from the tourist crowds in a wonderful scenic location with still short distances to the mostly very crowded Lake Constance. Great amenities, generous space, a well-equipped kitchen and a great garden with a large terrace. In addition, friendly hosts - we will surely come back!

Nikolaus' accommodation is definitely hard to beat in terms of value for money. For a more than fair price, guests have a nice, large balcony, a really super comfortable bed (unusual for us: we really slept fantastically throughout the entire stay) and the historic old town of Isny within walking distance. Parking spaces in front of the house were almost always available and if not, the alternative to the 100m away, really very cheap paid parking spaces is not bad either. For us, a personal highlight: the small mini dishwasher - something that is not available in many apartments in this price range.

Super nice apartment with large living room and fully equipped kitchen. Quiet rural location and yet everything nearby, we will be happy to come back :)

The house is ideal for 2-3 people and is located in a quiet street. From the terrace, you have a beautiful wide view of meadows and trees. Everything was very well maintained and clean. It's great that there are toiletry and care products as well as cleaning products in sufficient quantities and even a "minibar" is offered if you arrive later or have forgotten something. The carport offers so much space that you can also park bicycles. A great starting point to explore Ravensburg, Bald Waldsee, Bad Wurzach, etc. Communication with Manuel was flawless and super fast. We will be happy to come back.

The entire accommodation is beautiful, we would have loved to move in there. Everything is totally clean, modern, new and equipped with everything and more than you need. Large garden with deck chairs, hammock and large terrace, where you can relax and spend the day. Great kitchen and totally beautiful bedrooms. You are not far from the bus and train and thus quickly in Constance. Mario is a super friendly and accommodating host, you feel comfortable and welcome. The accommodation helped make our stay something special. I appreciate it 😍

I had a wonderful time at Valerie and Tobi's place! The house was not only tastefully furnished, but also sparkling clean and equipped with all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. Valerie and Tobi were very friendly and attentive hosts who were available for any questions and had helpful tips about the area. We had a wonderful stay in Salem! We were warmly welcomed and the apartment was nice and very clean – just like in the photos. It was particularly convenient that it was within walking distance of the castle lake, which was perfect for us. As a young family with a baby, we also enjoyed the little extras, such as the attached outlet covers, which made the apartment childproof. We would definitely come back and can highly recommend the accommodation!

We spent a few relaxing days in Dorothee's beautiful apartment together with our 3-year-old son. Everything was really sparkling clean, the apartment is super modern and bright. You feel like you're in a beach house :) Dorothee and her family are very accommodating and mindful of the well-being of their guests. Within a few minutes' walk there is a bus stop, a bakery and a well-stocked organic shop. A perfect place to stay to explore the beautiful area around Lake Constance from. Highly recommended!

We are "repeat offenders" and, as with the first time, were very impressed by this all-round carefree package. Everything just fit, so we don't want to rule out that we will be guests at Mona's again.
