Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Independence

Nice cozy convenient location for myself & my granddaughter's first visit to Cleveland. Apartment offered all the comforts we needed, including the two very comfortable beds. Dave was quick to respond anytime I contacted him which was appreciated. The only drawback was the parking due to street construction & the driveway being too narrow to accommodate my full-size SUV with another vehicle parked in the drive. Overall we enjoyed our stay & would recommend Dave's place for a nice quiet comfortable stay!

I really enjoyed my stay here. The place was super nice and felt very updated and clean. Having snacks available was such a thoughtful touch. It definitely didn’t go unnoticed and was much appreciated. I’d absolutely stay here again!

Evgeny’s place was good. We only needed a quick overnight stay and were checked in for less than 17 hours so it worked for what we needed. We did, of course, venture across the street to the Christmas Story Gift Shop and took pics in front of the house. Nice quiet street in the city.

My first experience with an Airbnb. Molly made it easy, very comfortable and clean. I have a new place to always stay in the Chardon area.

This was my first ever stay at an Airbnb……It was everything I saw when I looked through pictures, decided to booked and then some!!! My 1 & only bothersome was other tenants of the property used the front porch to hang out on & smoke…. Just made it feel awkward to sit outside to regroup & relax …. at times you could hear them talking through front windows…but again I knew it wasn’t a completely private location when I booked soo I was by no means upset. Also I do not think this reflected poorly on my host but would be something I would want to mention to me if I was the homeowner - I actually have to return to the area in October & once I have the dates will keep my fingers crossed this location is available again!!!! This place was exactly as described. Everything was well maintained, clean and the bed was comfortable! The location was convenient for work. And Bart responded immediately to any questions I had.

This was a great location for us, with an easy walk to restaurants. The kitchen was well stocked if you prefer to cook.

Anytime we needed anything or had any questions. I had a response within minutes. It was home for 6 months, had everything needed for an extended stay. 5 Stars 🌟

Gus was an absolutely wonderful host. Myself and my parents were in the area due to a Medical stay. We were unsure how long our stay would be so we booked for a few weeks, when we knew we needed to stay longer I was able to reach out to Gus and he was very understanding and always willing to allow us to extend our stay as long as it wasn't already booked. The house was perfect for our needs. Everything was exactly as stated. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful, even with a school right down the road. I would absolutely recommend this property and GUS for any stay in the area. The only thing I would advise for anybody looking to stay is to bring a six way plug for the bedrooms as the power supply is very limited, if you need to charge more than a phone. I will always consider Gus's properties anytime we are in the area.

Sara and John were super quick to respond to any questions I had! They were wonderful to work with and very flexible. The house was very clean and had all amenities plus some that was posted. I LOVED their king bed and pillows, so comfortable and clean!

We stayed at this listing for 3 nights - we were in town for a family event. Here are a few notes: -Check in was very smooth, accessed key using the lockbox. -Nice neighborhood. -The home is very well kept. Andra has invested a lot into the great tile work, lighting, furniture, Kitchen cabinets, plumbing fixtures, etc. Everything was very top notch. The home felt very spacious and stress free. -Clean. Very clean. This is very important to us when traveling and Andra's place was in great shape. -Easy check-in and check-out.

Serenity at Seven Hills was perfect for my family and Jeff made our stay very easy. The house is wonderful and exactly as described. Three of the bedrooms have king size beds and are spacious yet cozy at the same time!! My daughter commented that we should have looked at the brand of mattresses because they were so comfortable. The water pressure in the showers were a dream :) The neighborhood is quiet, no road noise while you're trying to fall asleep yet close to major roads and highways. We will definitely stay at Serenity again!

It was very spacious and we used the dining table as our office. Paula the host was very friendly and accommodating. We had a situation that needed her immediate attention and she was quick to respond and jump into action. We will continue to prioritize her properties when looking for accommodations in the Cleveland area.

Absolutely gorgeous place! It had everything you possibly could need in a stay. Everything was spotless and clean. I felt right at home. The beds were really comfortable and I slept very well. Decor is nice with some unique furniture items. Loved the skylight: we could see the stars from the living room! Would definitely stay here again.

Great house with some stylish attitude. We stayed there for 1 night for a family event. 4 adults and 2 fur babies. The beds were very comfortable!!! the amenities were all present and plentiful. The hosts were VERY accommodating to our needs and easy to get a hold of. The house was located within a 5 min car ride to a large reservation (park) that had beautiful walking trails and also plenty of restaurants in the area. Will stay here again if we’re ever in the area.

This place was in good location if you are visiting Cleveland to go Progressive Field for Indians game, Cavs game, or Downtown. Cleveland Zoo is amazing place to see and is a very short distance away. The place was priced just right. Off street parking was a huge plus. The host Miss Rania was so fast and responsive the few times I reached out with questions or concerns and for even the simplest things. She was an AMAZING SuperHost. Highly recommend this perfect little place if visiting Cleveland.

My husband stayed here for a trip to celebrate his retirement, it is a neat and perfect condo centrally located in downtown. We tried to fit in as much as we could in three and half days. We walked to Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and it was fabulous- a must see!! Also, walked to a baseball game one night, beautiful park. Visited the art museum and botanical garden, and West Side Market. As far as food, Dante for Italian was delicious, Blue Point Grille which is right across the street from this place was awesome. and Johnny's Little Bar and grill for the best burger, right around the corner also. Stephanie was the best to communicate with, she suggested things to do and we did almost all of what suggested, cant wait to return. Thanks for the best time!

We had a great stay at Vincent’s apartment! Everything was clean, he was responsive ahead of check in and during our stay, instructions for accessing the apartment were clear, and the space was very comfortable. It is right in the midst of Lakewood bars and restaurants and this was a perfect location for us. Thank you, Vincent, for the great hospitality!

Great location for us. Reasonably close to where we were going. It allowed us to avoid traffic. Unit is exactly what you expected based on the pictures. Bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. Tanesha is a wonderful host. I hope we’re lucky enough to stay there again for our next visit.

Loft was perfect! Very comfortable and homey. Joseph gave us very clear instructions to find the loft and how to get in. Great location to bars, restaurants, and stadium. Would completely rent again if in the area.

A wonderful place to land for a few days...or even longer! All the amenities one might need to feel right at home. Clean, clean, clean! Comfortable furniture and bed. Right downtown and blocks from the Cleveland Browns stadium. At least 5 5-star restaurants are located right on the same block! Beautiful walk down to Lake Erie! Highly recommend.

Enjoyed our stay in this stylish 2-floor unit! The pictures are very accurate. This rental is comfortable and has personality. Many walkable dining options nearby. We were there over a weekend and it was quiet and peaceful. Bathroom is a little small and could use a glow-up but very clean and totally functional. Hosts super responsive. Would stay there again!
