Holiday rentals with lake access in Indian River

Our stay at High Banks Haven was very relaxing with privacy and lots of amenities. The wood burning hot tub was such a treat, we were in it multiple times a day. Once you get it to temp. it’s amazing how well it holds temperature the next morning! A quick walk down a set of stairs to the beach, it’s very rocky but that’s what we were looking for. The master bedroom was cozy and had a comfortable firm mattress. Everything was clean and tidy. Kelly was very friendly and quick to respond to any questions we had. We had a wonderful stay and will rave about this place to everyone we know!

My husband and I came to celebrate our 2nd wedding anniversary. Alex was so kind from the start and communicated helpful information, giving detailed instructions and made it clear he was available for anything we needed whenever. We had a great stay and hope to come back and visit some day in the future. Thanks Alex for being such a great airbnb host, you go the extra mile and it shows :) you will regret NOT staying here, so make sure you book this one.

Beautiful cottage, extremely clean and very spacious. Stocked with everything you could need in the kitchen. Everything is updated & beds are comfortable with great bedding:) We would absolutely rent again!!!

Fantastic home! We loved everything about this place. Lots of space for our family of six. House was clean, stocked with lots of amenities. Linens, towels, board games, books, kitchen supplies.. We loved the beautiful view, deck, fire pit, dock, paddle board and kayak. Would definitely recommend and would love to come back!

Lovely stay at Denise’s cottage!

We absolutely loved staying here!! Everything was exactly how it was described in the listing! The place was clean and comfy. Bigger than I expected too, which was nice. The bunk bed room was awesome with a lot of fun books and puzzles. Especially loved how it was decorated. We enjoyed the beautiful location with the peaceful water. This is a great location to be to make fun day trips to Petosky and Charlevoix. Only regret was that we had to leave to come home!

What a beautiful cabin! Sometimes the pictures look nice and you get there and it is not like that, NOT HERE! So wonderful and very clean! I give this a 20 out of ten. The host is very nice and Accommodating. I would definitely stay here again, to be honest I didn’t want to leave because it was so peaceful and comfortable there.

We really enjoyed staying at Fawn’s place!! This was a top tier place! She thought of everything and provided so many extras like snacks, an assortment of drinks and even chocolates on the pillows. The decor was very well done and it was so clean and comfortable. It was a great spot to stay as we explored some of north Michigan. We slept well and the surroundings were very peaceful and quiet. We would stay here again without any hesitation. Fawn was quick to answer questions and help in any way. We enjoyed staying here very much!!

Our stay here was great! The place is as advertised, clean, comfy, and well equipped. There is a great sun porch for enjoying views of the lake. Location is perfect as it’s a short walk to ferries and restaurants. We would definitely recommend Bridget’s place and stay again!

It was a beautiful setting. Attached to the winery but on the back side so we had privacy too.

We had a great stay. The condo is in a great location between Petoskey and Harbor Springs. The condo was clean and had some great amenities.

Beautiful property and loft. Perfect for a couple. Hosts are so kind. Super cool outdoor space at the winery. Felt like I was in a Martha Stewart magazine! You see vineyards, chickens, sheep, the garden, lake in the distance. We walked down the county road to the lake in the evening. Petoskey is such a cute town. Took a trolley ride! So fun such a great trip.

Tim was such an amazing host!! So friendly, and even offered for us to stay a little late due to late flight. I will be using him again! Such a great host!

Great host. In town for a soccer tournament and it fit our needs perfectly. The view was perfect for relaxing with a cup of coffee on the deck. Thanks Todd!

We stayed here for a wedding on Beaver Island. It was the perfect location and we were able to walk everywhere we needed to go. The place was very spacious and easily fit 6 people.

We enjoyed our stay at John’s. It was just a described. The kids loved the paddle boards, kayaks and floating dock. We appreciated all the recommendations that were provided on the wall and in the books around the house. The kitchen had everything needed for us to eat most meals at the house and the grill was nice.

if you're looking for a place to stay I highly recommend the guest house! Cherie was wonderful and the house was close to a park for fishing and swimming. location was great in between Petoskey and traverse City. can't wait to come back and stay again

Wonderful stay!! house had more than adequate sleeping space, plenty of towels and linens. Would love to rent it again!! it is very well worth the money and you can't go wrong with beautiful Paradise Lake!!

We had a wonderful time at Kara's place. It was peaceful and beautiful woodsy area. But you could walk down to a park and be at the beach of Lake Huron. From Cheboygan you can easily go to Mackinaw, Petoskey and Pellston where the Douglas Lake Bar and Steakhouse is, one of our favorites. Very easy to get around.

Thanks for sharing this gem of a cabin with us! We cannot say enough about how relaxing our stay was. The location and views from the cabin cannot be described in words or pictures - it really is a place that you need to experience. We appreciate the detail and cleanliness of the cabin. Even the small details are thought of and they did not go unnoticed.

Brenda’s house was more beautiful than the pictures! We enjoyed our visit. We were happy that the items we forgot to pack were already at the house for us to use. Very prompt in answering all questions, which made preparations seamless. Many family memories made during this trip!

We LOVED our stay! Beautiful, relaxing, close to everywhere we wanted to be. We enjoyed a fire, while listening to the incredible sounds of nature all whilst the waves lapped upon the shore. Great place, would highly recommend.

This is an incredible place!!! My family went for the weekend for my son's birthday and it was truly magical. we played on the water and had a real chance to talk and connect. We had a bunch of things planned for Mackinaw Island but after being there for about an hour all of my kids wanted to leave to get back to this cottage! I cannot recommend this place enough!
