The apartment is ideally located for many activities in summer and winter, and is within walking distance in approx. 12 minutes from the center of Garmisch. The cable cars can be reached in just a few minutes.

The apartment is perfect for a max. 6 person group. The fully equipped kitchen, living and working space as well as the wonderful terrace make it an excellent choice for longer stays. There are sleeping accommodations for up to 4 people - but it is ideal for 2-3 people.
