Monthly Rentals in Iowa City

Aaron's place met all our expectations and more! It is perfectly located for so many activities and walkable to everything we wanted to do. We love that the side street was closed off and could just sit outside and enjoy time together with our group. Our only note is that if you have someone sleeping on the pullout couch, they might want to bring an eye mask as there are no blinds and the sun was a little bright in the mornings. Everything else was perfect and we would stay again!

Ross and Hope were extremely responsive and were so easy to work with! The condo is gorgeous, very inviting, open and comfortable! Our beds were super comfortable and the kitchen is very well equipped if you choose to stay in a prepare your own meal! The location is fabulous! Great restaurants within walking distance, a lovely wine and cheese bar across the street, two coffee shops in the neighborhood as well a couple iconic restaurants!! The Hamburg Inn for milk shakes and Pagliai’s for pizza, and the top restaurant, The Webster, right downstairs on the street level. We would absolutely stay here again!

We had a great weekend getaway at Julie’s Air bnb! Very clean and beautiful historic home.

I loved my stay at the Porchlight. It's a very special place. The apartment was ideal, had everything a writer could want. I look forward to returning some day.
