Great place beautiful property

The place is great and in a great location. Parking lot is big and we could easily park 2 cars and there were plenty of space left. The unit has washer/dryer that was a must for us with a kid! It has everything you would need if you want to cook/stay longer periods. Modern place and decor. Whenever we had questions sent we got very fast replies. Hosts very friendly. I recommend!

Christine’s cottage is the perfect place to stay in this area! It is updated, very clean, and very peaceful. She was kind and gave clear instructions. She had every amenity you would need while staying-it was so thoughtful and helpful!! It is close to grocery stores and the nice downtown area of Lincolnton! So happy with our stay :)

The main room is comfortable, spacious, and airy; there's plenty of space around the king-sized bed so as not to feel cramped in the least. There's also plenty of empty shelf space around the room so guests can spread out their books and stuff. The kitchen is simple but adequate, surprisingly well equipped with cooking tools and basics (e.g., colander, salt and pepper mill, olive oil) and well organized so everything can easily be found. The only issue for us was the gated road, most of which is not paved, leading to the house. The gravel road isn't a big deal; in fact, some guests might enjoy the privacy it affords. For us, it was just a minor consideration when arriving late at night, although we were really glad we had brought a flashlight so we could walk more easily from the parked car to the house. On a positive note, Tonya's detailed check-in description is awesome and super helpful, and the place is very comfortable.
