Monthly Rentals in Iroquois Point

Kersten, (Kyle the official host's sister) and her husband live in one of the back bungalows. They are wonderful onsite hosts, kind, thoughtful, proactive, easy to be with people. The local kids are fun and playful. The view is fantastic, and the front lawn is almost always empty, lush, green, with gorgeous local Hawaiian flowering trees. The beach is lovely especially at sunrise when it's just you and Kersten who often meditates at the beach until sunrise. Highly recommend this place. Much of my family came to visit while we were there, and they ALL loved it. All the tourist neighbors loved their stay as well and are making plans to return. Can't speak highly enough of the location, the view, the atmosphere, and of Kersten and Tenzin who are always available to help with anything. Kind, and caring folks, local vibe with nice simple amenities ON THE BEACH ! !!

We enjoyed our month long stay. The beach is very close to the house. Lots of amenities made for a comfortable long term stay. Would stay again.

Leah and Matt were fantastic hosts! Always so friendly and kind. They’re lovely people with a cute space. I stayed for two months and had a guest a few times, with enough space for two people, which was great! Mornings and evenings on the lanai were so nice. A short walk to the beach to watch sunrises and sunsets, seen a few sea turtles. It was a lovely place. If I needed anything Leah and Matt were quick to help. I highly recommend staying here!

Great place to stay. Hao was a very responsive host and assisted us quickly with the singles issues we had (we put too much clothing into the washer). The suite is very large with two separate bedrooms each with its own desk which is good if you are hoping to do some computer worker during the stay like I was. Spent a full month there any was very comfortable. It is a crowded neighborhood with lots of parked cars, but the suite has its own parking spot to there is no issues there. Our only issue was with how well the suite had been cleaned before we arrived. Overall though a good affordable place to stay.
