Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Ischia

Emmanuel went out of his way to make us feel comfortable and taken care of. It’s a destination. 100/10 stunning views. Close to delicious restaurants. Easy to enjoy all of the island from this location. The hill is no joke but it’s not hard to deal with. Get a car that’s new and has a lot of horsepower. Loved this stay

Rarely do you find a place that is better than the photos! Truly a beautiful home that made our vacation one of the most relaxing and memorable. It is walkable to the town and fully stocked for any fun you may want. Highly recommend staying here!!

Posizione ottima vicino lo stadio Maradona. Ottimo alloggio per soggiornare se si sceglie di partecipare ad eventi allo stadio, che si raggiunge in pochi minuti a piedi. Ciro è un host disponibile cortese e attento ad ogni esigenza. Il posto auto all’interno è molto comodo, la zona molto tranquilla. L’alloggio pulito e ordinato. Consigliatissimo!!

Lovely villa in a fantastic location - which means you need a small car to navigate the lanes. Angela was lovely and friendly and didn't mind that I'd not asked for 2 single beds in one bedroom. We'd stay here again.

We had a lovely week in Giovanni’s place. It’s in quite a quiet area, but you are a ten minute walk from the supermarket and the whole island is walkable. We particularly loved the barbecue with a fantastic view. Thank you Giovanni!

I’ve stayed at a lot of Airbnbs around the world, and this is easily one of the best. It’s basically a private villa with exclusive access to the pool and jacuzzi—we thought they were shared, so that was a great surprise. Ilaria and her partner greeted us at check-in, gave us a tour, and even came by daily to clean the pool. The location makes it a bit tricky to get taxis or Ubers on the spot, but if you schedule ahead, it’s no problem. Also, ilaria and her partner offer to drive us in case we couldn’t find a ride. Definitely would stay again.

Panorama bellissimo, ottima posizione ed Enrico è sempre stato disponibile e attento ai piccoli dettagli per rendere il soggiorno migliore possibile. Giardino curatissimo, e la terrazza è un gioiello con una vista che merita la visita

Maria and Erico were very helpful. Erico offered to take us to the supermarket once we arrived and check on us through our stay. Any language barrier was easily overcome with google translate. Would recommended this place to others.

A very cute apartment, ultra comfortable bed, spotless clean, well furnished and professionally interior designed . Francesco is an artist so his attention to detail in his rental is second to none . Logement très spacieux situé au 3e étage sans ascenseur avec une grande terrasse. Malgré le trafic de l'avenue, le logement est très silencieux. La literie est de très bonne qualité et nous avons apprécié la climatisation avec ces fortes chaleurs. Très bonne communication avec l'hôte. Il faudra pensez à la taxe de séjour (en liquide) pour les touristes étrangers. L'accès au métro est très facile et permet de rejoindre le centre et la navette reliant à l'aéroport sans problème.

Wunderbare Wohnung mit viel Platz und tollem Blick auf den See. Alle Annehmlichkeiten sind gut zu Fuß erreichbar (Supermarkt, Gelateria, Altstadt & Restaurants). Strand in ca 20 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar (4 Minuten mit dem Auto). Kostenloser Parkplatz direkt gegenüber der Wohnung. Wohnungs-Inhaber Guiglielmo ist Inhaber des Strandes Beach Brothers, er hat gute Tipps für Restaurants & die Gegend. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt - Preis-Leistung top. Mille Grazie.

Tutto perfetto

Un logement très agréable avec sûrement un des plus beau point de vue d’Ischia ! Un très bon restaurant d’altitude est situé à quelques pas du logement! Et notre hôte Giuseppe est une personne vraiment très sympathique qui aime parler son île et qui nous a accueilli avec beaucoup d’hospitalité et de gentillesse, Il nous a aussi fait découvrir les spécialités locales au cours de la semaine 😌 Nous n’oublierons pas notre séjour de si tôt !

Très bel appartement, à proximité de la plage, des restaurants, du château. Le quartier est calme et la petite terrasse est très agréable. Bon agencement de l'appartement et la literie est confortable. 2 petits points à souligner: L'insonorisation avec les appartements voisins n'est pas optimale mais chaque voisin est respectueux des autres. Une forte odeur de cigarette provient fréquemment de l'aération de la salle de bain et peut se propager rapidement dans tout l'appartement. Mais il suffit de prendre l'habitude de fermer la porte de la salle de bain et d'activer régulièrement l'aération pour ne plus être déranger. Le séjour était merveilleux, Mariafrancesca est réactive et à l'écoute s'il y a un problème. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir!

Giovangiuseppe ha sido muy amable y atento. La casa estaba impecable y es preciosa. Además tiene unas vistas increíbles. Hemos disfrutado mucho nuestra estancia.

Un soggiorno che ci resterà nel cuore! Augusto, Eva e Enzo sono stati davvero gentili e cordiali, ci hanno accolti e trattati davvero bene dall’inizio alla fine del nostro soggiorno. Non sono mancate le indicazioni per le spiagge e i punti di interesse ma anche le dritte su dove andare a mangiare sia come ristoranti che come stuzzicherie! Che dire? Delle persone davvero squisite con cui è stato piacevole scambiare qualche chiacchiera durante la giornata! Villa Martina è un posto splendido, a partire dall’architettura, la piscina e la zona vista tramonto un poco più appartata. CONSIGLIATISSIMO sotto ogni punto di vista! Speriamo di tornare in futuro :)

le lieu est particulièrement incroyable ! et rare...Ne vous attendez pas au grand luxe, mais la simplicité cette petite cabane sous les oliviers et citroniers avec un grand lit confortable qui contemple le Vesuve..cela n'a pas de prix. Que dire de la terrasse (avec piscine et une vue à couper le souffle sur le golf et le vesuve) qui offre tous les soirs des couchers de soleil incroyables. Pour notre hôte, Rodolfo, à la fois discret et réactif, il est très serviable et arrangeant. un hôte au top ! La semaine à été sous le signe de la Dolce vita et de la deconnection.

My daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed our three night stay at Vitale and Laura’s cabin. It was a spacious property and had a lot of character. It was situated at the back of Pozzouli but the walk into town was not difficult, about 10 minutes to the mainline station so Naples Was in easy reach. The location was quiet and the ability to have a cool off in the pool was most welcome. Vitale and Laura did all they could to make our stay comfortable, pleasant and happy.

Nous avons été accueillis par Valentino et Marisa, les parents d’Andrea. L’accueil fut très sympathique et chaleureux. Valentino nous a même proposé de cueillir les fraises et prendre les salades de son jardin. La maison est très bien équipée et très agréable à vivre. Ce fut un vrai plaisir de déjeuner sur la terrasse aménagée avec une vue magnifique sur Agerola. Le logement est bien situé mais à bonne distance tout de même d’Amalfi que l’on peut rejoindre en bus. L’accès du logement en voiture est possible mais il vaut mieux avoir une petite voiture. Grazie mille Valentino, Marisa et Andrea Brigitte et Jean-Luc

Valeria is a national treasure. Her house is really beautiful, especially once you know its history and is -- as the ad already mentions -- pretty secluded, offering great views. It's clean, nicely decorated and has the most beautiful views, as well as an amazing restaurant next to it. The road to get up the mountain is indeed quite steep and can be pretty scary if you're not an experienced (moped) driver. We had a minor accident getting up there and needed to get to the ER to get some stitches, but it was no problem at all because Valeria helped us with every step along the way. We ended up having dinner all together and it was so fun. All in all, I'd really recommend the Valeria as a host and her home as a holiday destination, given that you're comfortable and able to drive up a pretty steep hill. :)

Um für ein paar Tage abzuschalten, war Rodolfos Unterkunft perfekt! Das gesamte Grundstück ist wirklich sehr beeindruckend und mit dem Blick auf den Vesuv ein absoluter Traum! Es gibt mehr als genug Möglichkeiten zu entspannen und der Service war mehr als klasse! Super freundlich und immer schnell erreichbar :) Der Weg zur Unterkunft ist etwas wild, aber er lohnt sich absolut! Danke :)
