Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Ischia

As soon as we stepped into the house we felt at home. A place with a family history, Margherita’s house was memorable. Sitting outside and watching the sunset was unique…The location is calm and with a little walk you easily get to every place. We already think of coming back to Procida and stay longer at Margherita’s house. Marco really did a beautiful work to keep it comfy and familiar. Thank you Marco!

One of the best Airbnb experiences in 11 years. Beautiful house with a mind-blowing view of the sea and the mountain. The host met us and helped us carry our stuff from the bus stop in his car. He was always friendly and quick to respond. The house has everything you need. The house is a little further away from the general busyness but not so far away that it was a problem - perfect. In any case, it is better to have a car or scooter to get around the island easily. Next time in Ischia, we would be happy to stay here again.

Maria is a fantastic host, very kind and helpful. The house is equipped with everything you need, the outdoor space is very pleasant and functional for returning from the sea. The location is very convenient, very close to the sea (on foot), the bus stop, shops and restaurants. I highly recommend it!

Fantastic place to stay, beautiful house, perfectly clean and well equipped with a bathroom for each bedroom. The location is stunning and has amazing views. Roberta and Carlo are extremely friendly, kind and generous hosts, always responsive when needed. The terrace is a lovely place to eat and relax, and the house is walking distance to restaurants, bars and beaches. There’s a supermarket and bakery very close by. There’s also a tortoise in the garden. All in all it’s great value for the location, and exceeded expectations. Five stars all round!

Rosanna was an amazing host She went out of her way and picked us up...although the address listed on this posting was incorrect. I did point this out so I hope she does correct it. Forio is a great location for Ischia. Close to Poseidon thermal baths, Mortella Gardens, Sant' Angelo and great restaurants. Would highly recommend!

We had a great stay at Adriano's place. The garden is very nice and only a few minutes walk to the beach or Forio. Adriano's mother Rita is a very kind and hospitable host!

Lidia’s house is beautiful, really spacious and cool with stunning views over the bay. There are lots of places to hang out in the garden and it was really well equipped for cooking and serving meals on the terrace. It felt like a proper home and not an anonymous airbnb which so many feel like today. We will definitely return to stay.

We had a great time at Giusi's place! The views over Ischia from the terrasse and garden are truly astonishing and there is ample space to sit and relax, especially in the very large garden. The kitchen is also good for cooking for a group. We were doing a "workacation" there and the place was very suitable to this. You can also be quickly to Forio or Sant'Angelo with a car ; several hiking trails start from the village Serrara Fontana. Although we didn't use it, it seemed well linked to the bus system as well. Finally, Guisi was very nice, reactive and helpful when we had questions or issues, and gave us great advice. We would really recommend this place!

Spotlessly clean apartment. Very spacious and located well. Everything there that was needed. The terrace is two flights of stairs and fairly steep but a nice to have. Just a 10 mins walk up hill to the apartment which is busy with traffic. Handy for everything and would definitely recommend the Core A Core restaurant. We did a day at Giardini Poseidon Terme and loved all of it.

This is truly once in a lifetime experience you are literally living right on the beach. It is a very simple place and a little bit difficult to get your belongings there but trust us it is worth it.

I can say only positive things about Gaetano and his apartment. We really enjoyed staying there. It's perfectly located (5 minutes from the beach), well equiped and clean. Gaetano as a host is super friendly and helpfull. We received a lot of hints from him, which were really beneficial for us during our trip. He is very responsive so if you will need anything be sure that he will reply super fast.

Thanks again for hosting us! We had a wonderful stay in Procida, and it was far too short. The accommodation was great, quiet and perfectly located to be able to access it on foot from the port. We also did everything on foot on the island from the accommodation. Giuseppe is an extremely welcoming host, who gave us excellent recommendations. Thanks again! If you’re thinking of booking this home, do it!!!!!! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this home. The host met us once we arrived and was very helpful and kind. The home was extremely clean and we both felt very comfortable. The place looks even better in person in my opinion. Highly recommend!!!!

Incredible place and views! Our host was so welcoming and shared many great recommendations for food and activities.

Great place to stay, impossible to get a better view. You will not have wifi or cell signal in the garden or by the water which makes it a perfect location to disconnect! Ischia point is a 15min walk— gorgeous views the whole way. Firm thin bed, all amenities you could need are provided. So happy I chose this place to relax, Maria is a wonderful host!

Lucia's place was beyond our expectations. Unreal, stunning views, beautiful flat and great location. Lucia gave us loads of great recommendations and even arranged a tour, complete with wine and limoncello in a cellar (the guide Franco, was an absolute legend!). Very close to the thermal baths which is another excellent way to spend the day. Stop looking and just stay here, it was perfect.

Very kind and helpful host, the accommodation was clean and corresponded to the descriptions. Beautiful residence, friendly welcome, Mrs. Caterina made us feel at home. The structure is convenient for any destination, we recommend it for everyone

Brilliant stay great host thankyou very much!!

The apartment is as described, very clean, well decorated and very close to the pier. The only downside but of size, the large ferries seem to have changed points of ammarage, just under the windows of the apartment, and remained engines rotating from 10PM to 8am, the two nights where we stayed, no luck. It was in fact, very noisy at night. For the rest, nothing to say, everything was perfect.

Best Airbnb experience ever 😍🤩 Ignazio and his brother were the sweetest and most helpful hosts. We have never experienced such hospitality. They have a really nice and cozy place, with a bar where you can buy coffee and drinks. The apartments are nice and clean and close to everything. Ignazio is very helpful and comes with good recommendations. He responded within a very short time and made our stay absolutely perfect. A very nice place with a great location. Giuseppe and Sarah are very helpful and have helped, for example, with scooter rental. Giuseppe and Sarah's island description with tips and tricks for the island was super helpful and a good guide for the vacation. Recommended to everyone!

Giuseppina's place is a gem. It is a nice house located in a very nice setting, high up from Forio but close to restaurants, shops, bus stop or car/scooter rental shops. So very quiet while being able to radiate on the island. We were greeted by the orange blossom scents. The house itself is beautiful, with the small garden to set on the terrace, very clean and with all the amenities for our stay. Even though we didn't speak the same language, we were able to communicate with Giuseppina who was very kind, always responsive and accommodating. We had a great time - albeit too short - stay, and will be happy to come back!
