We warmly welcome you to our cosy flat. The flat is located in a quiet no-through road with enough parking spaces in the beautiful Hagen-Emst district. A separate entrance with a covered terrace facing south leads to the living room/bedroom, fully equipped kitchen and modern bathroom with walk-in shower. Surroundings: - Walking distance to the Stadthalle (10min), Hagen city centre (15min). University of Applied Sciences Südwestf., Fern-Uni (10 min by car). Bus stops on site.

Wir vermieten diese schöne Einliegerwohnung (ca. 60 m2) mit separatem Eingang und direkten Zugang zur Natur im Sauerland. Die Wohnung hat ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett für 2 Personen und ein weiteres Zimmer mit Schlafcouch für 2 Personen . Optional ist es möglich die hochwertige Schlafcouch im Wohnzimmer für 2 weitere Gäste zu nutzen. Die Schlafcouch verfügt über eine integrierte Matratze für Dauerschläfer. kostenfreies WLAN und Privatparkplatz an der Unterkunft

Nestled in nature, in an idyllic forest edge location with breathtaking lake views, this chalet allows you to escape everyday life. Hike in the forest or by the lake and enjoy a bike ride with our e-bikes. When it's cool, warm up in the sauna or heated pool before settling in with a glass of red wine by the fireplace. In the warm season, enjoy a swim in the pool or in the crystal clear lake (SUP/kayak are also available) before watching the stars in the evening.

Our ecological log cabin, built in 2022, is located on the edge of an oak grove on a 550 m high plateau called Oesterberge, in the middle of the Sauerland Nature Park. When furnishing, we placed special emphasis on stylish and comfortable furnishings. For hikers, mountain bikers, but also for families with children, it becomes a small paradise. Located on the edge of our farm, guests of all ages can experience pure nature, tranquility and spectacular views.

The cozy vacation home Gabi is located above the Hennesee & offers a beautiful view of the Sauerland landscape. It is completely made of wood inside and exudes cozy comfort in a rustic atmosphere. Cozy like 30 years ago! It offers a living room with integrated kitchen, two bedrooms with TEMPUR mattresses, sofa bed in the living room & a bunk bed, so it can accommodate 5-6 guests. The 2 terraces & the garden invite you to linger with a wonderful view.

The lake house is more than a vacation home in Finland, the "Mökki" between forest and water is a place of longing. It is used for saunas, hiking, boating, and breathing deeply. Our Mökki is located on the wooded southern shore of Lake Möhne. And it offers a bit of Finnish lifestyle. The cottage is close to the lake, secluded and surrounded by trees and shrubs. It has its own outdoor sauna and a fireplace. Welcome to your private hideaway!

Tiny house on two floors

Our property is located in the center of Schwerte. On foot you can reach the train station in 5 minutes and the Ruhr in 10 minutes. Cafés, bakeries, restaurants and supermarkets are within walking distance within a few minutes. The Rohrmeisterei is also just a stone's throw from us. Our garden and our route can also be used. If you are traveling by bike, you can safely store it in our yard. Access to your space is self-sufficient.

Walnut cottage on the Listerhof

Our "walnut hut" is located near the Listertalsperre on our property at a small pond. The cottage is newly renovated in 2021 and can be lived in all year round. Nature lovers will find numerous hiking trails, sports enthusiasts offers such as horseback riding at the in-house riding facility, water sports at the Listertalsperre, climbing or skiing.
