My second time here -- the best house, with the kindest hosts. Well-stocked kitchen and living space, and I love this neighborhood so much.

We really enjoyed Kathy’s condo. It was close to all of our snorkeling tours. Kathy is a very responsive host and gave great recommendations for food and activities. Thank you for a wonderful visit!

I enjoyed my stay in Kona. This place was exactly as advertised and looked just like the pictures. Thomas was super proactive and responsive to all of my needs. Check in was easy and clear instruction for check in and check out were provided. Amenities included a wide selection of beach items which was fantastic. Location was wonderful with walkable access to several popular but never crowded beaches. Private parking was a plus. I recommend.

Really liked this place. easy walk on alii drive to restaurants and local spots. 2-3 local beaches nearby. pool and the black rocks behind it with the ocean view was beautiful at sunset. Exactly what was expected! Safe area. Loved the extra touches like the macadamia nut pancake mix :)

Great place and area! So much to do around, we didn’t even get a rental car and it worked out perfectly fine. The condo was clean, nice, and just like the pictures. Great communication as well.

Gorgeous property and cute place to stay! This is our second stay at Adam’s place…. Adam is very good with communication and went above and beyond with accommodating was with a special request that was not listed on the accommodations list. We always enjoy our stay at Adam’s place! Minh is truly a super host, attentive to detail and to her guests’ needs. She will make you feel at home from the moment you step into her beautifully decorated and fully equipped home. Communication is important to feel relaxed while on vacations. Minh was permanently in touch with us, making sure we were feeling comfortable. When we had problems with the water heater and the ice maker, she fixed them in no time. She even contacted a friend of hers to provide us with ice for our cooler. This friend also gave us fresh eggs from her hens. It was so nice to experience the hospitality of the people in the Big Island! The view of the sunset from the balcony is a piece of art. Her immaculate garden is a treasure. The beautiful color of bamboo in her furniture complements the colors of the sun and brings out the warmth of the house. Minh’s quaint home and hospitality brought peace, joy, and rest to our lives! We came back home renewed. Mahalo, from the bottom of our hearts!

The view alone is worth the price! Everything was so lush and beautiful! We felt like we were in our very own private resort. We enjoyed the spacious house itself and the outdoor area. The pool was great and the beds were super comfortable! This was a great base to explore the entire Big Island of Hawaii! I would recommend this home to anyone! Just book it already!

Absolutely beautiful home, exactly as the photos show and as described. Located in a lovely neighborhood and a great place to unplug and unwind. Spotty cell service (as expected for the location) but WiFi was excellent and allowed us to make calls if needed, plus there is a landline if needed. All amenities a traveler could need, including beach towels, toiletries, and spices/cooking supplies. Loved the nightlife (literal nightlife like frogs singing the song of their people at night). We felt safe and comfortable in this luxurious hideaway! Would definitely stay again! Yvette was also a great cohost who offered lots of tips for restaurants and sightseeing! We found them very useful and her local insight made our trip even better!

just as described. located next to the secret hot springs and the nude beach! a quiet peaceful neighborhood with so much Beauty. A very responsive host and wonderful attitude! and don't forget the stars at night, amazing!

Perfect home within walking distance to the beach. The lanai was a perfect hang out spot and we loved the extra provided nature gear and anything else you could possibly need for a day in the sun. Due to unexpected circumstance, which was not of any inconvenience to us, the host offered to extend our check out time on our last day free of cost, which was AWESOME as we had evening flights so extra time to relax and enjoy the island with a home base was BEYOND appreciated. Hosts communicated well and were very friendly. Whenever we return to Big Island, we hope to stay here again!

This home was perfect for our long weekend getaway, so close tot the volcano and really nice neighborhood; about 40 min from the airport, we enjoyed our morning walks in the neighborhood, the fireplace was great for the really cold mornings and evenings. Home was well stocked with extra blankets and towels; easy to get into home with code, and host was very responsive when we booked

A truly wonderful place and location to stay. The house was very cozy and in excellent condition, and both the host and the property manager were very kind and helpful. We really enjoyed our time here.

The house is absolutely amazing! We had a marvelous time relaxing in the house and exploring the island. Everything was as described and even more beautiful than we could have imagined. The tranquility of the place together with the ocean sounds is just purely relaxing and inspiring. The house is in great condition and offers everything we needed for our stay. Theresa and Justin are wonderful hosts that were always were kind and helpful and prepared the house with great love.

Wendy’s place was amazing for us. We loved watching the surfers in the morning while we drank our coffee. The bed was comfortable and the shower was great! One day we took an uber to the beach and used the chairs and umbrella. They were great! My husband is a larger man and fit nicely in their beach chairs. Another thing to note is there location. It’s walkable to town but down the road so you get that peace and quiet. We had an amazing time and would recommend staying here!

We loved staying at Vincent's place. Very clean, comfortable furniture, great kitchen, and amazing location. It's a 15 minute walk or a 3-minute drive to A-Bay, which is a wonderful and calm beach for swimming. The condo was stocked with chairs, umbrellas, and towels, even boogie boards and snorkels. Great location, we loved exploring the Kohala Coast and the surrounding beaches, and there is good food within Waikoloa Beach and in the surrounding resorts. AC kept things comfortable and we loved the shaded patio for breakfast. Thanks for a great stay and I hope we get to come back!

Inna's place was incredible. It felt just like we were at home. There were plenty of pots/pans for cooking, coffee maker with coffee provided, salt pepper, plenty of eating and cooking utensils, cutting boards, etc. The place was very clean throughout, air conditioning in both the living room and bedroom so very comfortable. A washer and dryer, and Inna provided laundry detergent and fabrics drying sheets. She had beach chairs, umbrella, and also snorkeling gear (fins, masks, and noodles), as well as a cooler for drinks on the beach. You are right in downtown Kailua-Kona and are able to walk to everything. Inna was very responsive, and the couple of questions I had, she responded immediately. This is a great place to stay, well worth the money, and if we ever go back to the Big Island, I hope her place is available again. Thanks, Inna.

Excellent location for all you may want to do in Kona. Beautiful view of ocean. All the amenities made our stay extra special. Davide has thought of everything. Sand toys, snorkels, cooler, telescope for dolphin watching, he has it all. The Green Flash Coffee right next store was super convenient to go to for breakfast every morning and was delicious. Would stay again.

Our stay here was perfect. Location was amazing right by the beach at a peaceful community, great for viewing sunrise/sunset. The place was just as pictured, very clean and had everything we needed. Highly recommend!

Amy's place was just the perfect condo for us. It had a great unobstructed view the ocean. and the sounds of the ocean along with the evening breeze wafting through the unit at night was heavenly. Having breakfast on the lanai was a treat each morning of our stay. Very private end unit on the second floor assured privacy with no one being able to look in or walk by. Quiet and away from the bustle of the tourist district. (except for one noisy Coqui frog in the bushes nearby). I chased it away enough to get it to stop for the evenings. A nearby market and Ali'i Gardens Marketplace with cool friendly people (plus great fish tacos!) is just a short walk away. Amy was attentive and provided good tips for our visit which was a great help. Will definitely visit again!

Great value for money Perfect location walkable and overlooking the ocean Marie is very kind and checks in all the time. Very convenient and max value - only thing I would say is couch is not as comfortable to sleep on but again can’t beat the value for money
