Beach apartment holiday rentals in Island of Hawai'i

We loved staying here! The location was close to many things in the Kona area. The dedicated parking spot made it easy to come and go. The mini-split AC was quiet and kept the place cool. The in-unit laundry was great too.

Jan and Cami were very nice to deal with. Their condo is in an amazing location. They thought of everything to make their guests comfortable. Very well organized space. It was clean and inviting.

place was beautiful! spacious and very well kept. location was great just a few minutes from the hustle and bustle of the strip down the road. host was responsive and helpful!

Would definitely stay in this condo again. Has been updated since the pictures. Bathroom is newly renovated and stainless steel refrigerator instead of what is pictured Very close to everything but still very, very quiet and peaceful. Michael thought of everything from a welcoming gift, to everything you could possibly need for your days at the beach. Chairs, umbrella, pool, noodles, boogie boards, cooler, and everything for snorkeling. The air conditioners kept us plenty cool. Short walk to the pool and hot tub. Michael totally took care of us.

The location is perfect—quiet yet close to the city center, supermarkets, and tours. The gardens, pools (especially the saltwater one), and stunning sunset views with bird sounds were breathtaking. The thick walls ensured no neighbor noise, and the respect for quiet hours made for peaceful nights. The comfy sofa, bed, and high-quality toiletries added to the experience, and the well-equipped kitchen and convenient elevator were much appreciated. Thank you for a fantastic stay—we’d love to return!

Great location. Close to everything. Had everything we needed. Watched surfer surfing every morning. Highlight of the stay, saw a turtle at the beach right in front of the house two mornings in a row.

Everything excellent, very clean and good location, only the shortness of air for the day in hot weather is a bit hot but I recommend closing windows and at night you open

This 1 bedroom apartment has everything I needed for a long term stay: an equipped kitchen, washer & dryer, WiFi, cable/Roku TV, comfortable furnishings, a lanai with a view, and designated parking. The pool at the complex was excellent for daily swims. The ocean-front location of the complex provided beautiful sunset views.

Great place to stay in Kona! Just yards from shops and restaurants. Kitchen was perfect for meals at the condo and dining on the lanai. Location was close to great activities! Binder in the condo had great suggestions for what to do on the island. We picked a new adventure each day and had a blast! Will definitely stay again when we visit the big island!

We enjoyed our stay at Nico and Sarah's condo. It was a convenient location and had everything we needed. Nico and Sarah were responsive to our questions. I would stay here again.

It’s very convenient that this property had free AC. It was also nice that we were able to cook full breakfast every day. That helps save a lot of money. Also great location!

We stayed for a week with our 2.5 year old grandson. We really appreciated all the toddler amenities that were more than even listed. The photo of them before we came and then arrive to find even more like pool floater and toilet insert. Also lanai so completely safe for a toddler with the stunning view for us! Kitchen extremely well stocked. Garage full of great things for swimming and beach. Neighborhood pool was great and wish we’d gone there earlier. Lovely and not crowded.

I really enjoyed my stay here. It was super clean, well equipped with everything I needed. Loved that it had a vitamix to make my daily smoothies. Beautiful and peaceful location with lots to do in the area. I would definitely stay here again.

The home itself was immaculate—thoughtfully designed, incredibly clean, and stocked with every amenity we could possibly need. Every detail was clearly considered to make our stay comfortable and unforgettable. Location-wise, it was great, secluded enough to feel like a true escape, yet close to attractions all the Big Island has to offer. Our host went above and beyond—providing excellent local recommendations, quick communication. If you’re considering a stay on the Big Island, do not hesitate—this place is an absolute must. Fantastic location. Walkable to the Mauna Lani Beach Club. Beautiful decor inside and out. On the wish list for better outfitting of kitchen: cloth napkins for six that match the woven placemats - the whole point of condo (for us anyway) is to be able to make and serve a few dinners, along with coffee & breakfast on lanai. Had to set the table with paper towels for napkins - only 3 cloth napkins which did not match the elegant setting or placemats. And having plastic wrap or baggies and foil should be included - at a minimum some storage containers... lastly - champagne flutes :) Maybe this is fine for other guests.

The studio condo was immaculate, beach access couldn't be easier. The kitchen is fantastic, all new high end appliances so cooking was a breeze (even the knives were sharp), being a chef I really appreciate a fully functional kitchen. We would highly recommend this unit for two people and look forward to staying here again. Mahalo!

I always pick a hotel/rental off of view and patio and this place did not disappoint. Gorgeous condo right off the 12th tee overlooking the crashing waves. Stunning beach and golf course views. Walking around the neighborhood and golf course paths was very nice. Condo itself was comfortable, modern, clean and has everything needed to feel at home. We cooked breakfast every morning and dinner every night and found the kitchen well stocked. Extras like coffee pods and creamer were much appreciated. Lots of little conveniences noted throughout the stay. Thank you!

Denise was very responsive and helped navigate any requests and questions I had. the place was really good. had a good view although it had a couple of buildings slightly ahead to either side of it. the community felt safe and clean.

Very clean, well-appointed, wonderful amenities, Hilton pool pass was such a nice addition and really made our stay, kid friendly, great location for our family. Would do it again!
