There are 16 units in this converted beach hotel. All are individually owned. Pandemic Info: The unit has its own HVAC system so you won't be sharing "air" with anyone. :)

Nestled in a quiet neighborhood on Isle of Palms, this charming 5 bedroom, 4 bath cottage is located just a block away from the public beach access, close to the Isle of Palms Marina and is perfect for a family getaway. After a day of soaking up the sun and sand, take a short walk back to your private island house for a barbeque meal on the patio, enjoy the expansive private outdoor space or take the golf cart to any of the local restaurants and shops.

Dream Catcher Carriage House Daniel Island

Our carriage house apartment is located on a peaceful marsh on beautiful Daniel Island next to walking/biking paths. It is also walking distance to parks, shops, and restaurants. Daniel Island is approximately 15 to 20 minutes from the airport, downtown Charleston, and local beaches. All AirBnB rentals in Charleston & Daniel Island must have a business license. The application process was not easy but we did it! Dream Catcher's permit number is OP2018 00373.
