Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Isle of Palms

My husband and I enjoyed our stay. The location is in a very nice neighborhood and very close to lots of Charleston's favorite things to do. Liz was a great host giving specific directions as well as checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. However, we did not need to request anything additional than what was provided. Check in and check out was an easy process. We will stay here again.

We enjoyed this Airbnb a lot! Lovely views back and front and the beach is maybe 3 minutes walk (look for the public access sign to the left, about three houses down). Great shower! Lovely kitchen! Comfy sofas! If we ever come back to folly beach, we would love to stay again. For the mobility challenged, it is only 12 steps to front door, unlike a lot of neighboring houses, which are on stilts and have 25+ steps. 😁

Absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful condo in Seabrook Island! From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The unit was exactly as described—clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. Lecian was a wonderful host—warm, responsive, and attentive. She promptly answered all our questions and made communication a breeze. We appreciated the thoughtful welcome gesture: a snack basket and a bottle of wine waiting for us when we arrived—such a pleasant surprise! We had planned to grill one evening but noticed the gas tank was nearly empty. Lecian wasted no time and had a replacement tank delivered the very same day. She also graciously offered us a late checkout on our departure day, which was very much appreciated. The location was fantastic, with easy access to the Beach Club. We enjoyed taking the provided bicycles on a quick five-minute ride to the club to relax by the pool and dine at Pelicans Nest. Can't wait to return!

Joe & Claire were great hosts, very personable. Stayed 5 nites in late April/early May. Beautiful location: decks on all levels/sides, sweeping views of marsh in back, high up views of ocean across street in front. Many perfect spots to sit depending on sun & wind. Great views of sunrise & sunset, lighthouse, etc. Furnishings comfortably accommodated gatherings for our family of 5 adults, tastefully decorated too. Kitchen well equipped, beach chairs/towels provided. Besides food/drink/personal items, can’t think of anything we wanted that wasn’t already there. We experienced one significant house utility issue that disrupted our stay, outside anyone’s control. Joe had it repaired and equitably resolved the impact to us. Location next best thing to beachfront, beach access just 100yd down road. Peacefully removed from busy central Folly Beach town area and just 5min ride to many casual restaurant/entertainment options there. Also easy 30min trip to Charleston for exploring and dinner.

Chris responded quickly and with solutions each time even before we were at the house. They also have tons of beach items in the garage free of use. Will be back!!

Doug IS an excellent host! Quick to respond & give suggestions, as well as advice. The house is in pristine condition - so clean and beautiful! Doug made navigation around the house simple & user friendly. He had everything you needed for the beach - wagons, umbrellas, chairs, & beach toys! Doug’s house has a beautiful backyard too! We used it for yoga. The outdoor patio was a great place for BBQ dinner, the screened sunroom is a great lounging place to continue enjoying the outdoor space without the mosquitoes. The living room had a plethora of family games, & Doug accommodates guests to be able to use “Guests” accounts for Netflix and Hulu. The kitchen was labeled - you knew where all the dishes, baking ware, spices, etc were located at. He left instructions on how to use the Cuisineart coffeemaker - all of this made it so easy to prepare breakfast & dinner without having to guess where anything was at. Overall, it was an unforgettable stay! Thank you so much!

Erikatina’s place was a great little space to stay for our time to explore Charleston. She was always very quick to respond to any questions. If we’re ever back in Charleston we’ll try to rent her place again.

Loved the large screened in porch. It was nice having a tall fence surrounding the house-gave a very private feeling. I’m a big cooker on vacations and I’m usually disappointed in the kitchens but their kitchen had it all. Cozy couch & recliner. Super comfy king bed and extra blankets.

We had a wonderful stay at Deborah’s Airbnb. It was cozy, peaceful and private. The only sounds we heard were the sounds of nature. The cottage was clean and neat and she provided a few food items as well. We highly recommend this Airbnb. You will not be disappointed.

We enjoyed our second visit to Alex and Karen’s place. It was just as pleasant and enjoyable as we remembered it from the previous year. The bedroom is quiet and comfortable, and the washer and dryer were a great convenience for our five-night stay. We found the kitchenette fine for fruit & cereal breakfasts, heating leftovers, and for snacks -- including more of the delicious banana nut bread provided! Alex and Karen are very gracious and accommodating, and their recommendations for restaurants and outings (as well as fascinating local history insights) were quite helpful on this visit. We enjoyed our opportunities to chat with them and to visit with their sweet golden retrievers, Telle and Skye. We would be happy to stay at their Charming Suite again.

We had a wonderful stay at Sailor’s Rest. It’s a great location for families with young kids. We enjoyed the pool, fresh eggs, fish & walkable gardens. The beach was only apx a 10min drive, and the access card they give you made it very easy. 10/10 would recommend

We came for a wedding and had a lovely stay. The interior was nicely decorated and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Perfect for the two of us and we really appreciated the beach chairs. Would highly recommend it! Hope to visit again one day!

Nice clean townhouse. Bedrooms and full bath upstairs. Clean and comfortable beds. Half bath downstairs. Fenced backyard for the pets was nice. Very easy to find. And close to Shems Creek , Sullivan's Iskand , Charleston and Isle of Palm. Very comfortable townhouse.

Pelican Watch is a beautiful place on Seabrook. The beach is a 2 minute walk from the backdoor with a great view from the back porch. You need a car to get to most restaurants but great places are 10-20 minutes away. Harris Teeter is well stocked nearby with great steaks and seafood as well as wine. I’d definitely stay here again.

Chandler was very helpful when we had something come up the day of our check-in. He was super helpful, quick to respond, and easy to communicate with. The unit was just as pictured, tastefully decorated, and super clean. His check-in instructions were very easy to follow and the welcome book inside the unit answered any questions we had during the stay. We enjoyed morning coffee and evening cocktails on the screened porch. Peaceful and relaxing, just what we were looking for. We would definitely stay here again!

Getting to the beach was so easy, one could count the steps. The place was very nice. Some mechanicals running made for additional noise that I guess I’m not used to? Overall it was very delightful. Rent the bikes and ride the paths and beach ! So fun.

Two words: absolutely wonderful! Felt right at home the moment we walked in. It was exactly as pictured and described. Close to everything. 20 minutes from Charleston and 5 min drive to ocean. Beautiful water views from porch. Also enjoyed time at the pool. Fully stocked kitchen. We will be returning again.

Place was immaculate- great views, very clean and kitchen well stocked. Loved the decor and good views of the beach. We can't wait to return!
