Great apartment, spacious living-bedroom, large bathroom with the best shower cabin ever. Was there in June. Underfloor heating not on. Apartment completely tiled with small, clean carpets in the right places. Space for wardrobe, hangers in the cupboard and also additional small parts dividers, shoe closet spacious. Hook in the bathroom and towel rack, good lighting, exhaust system good. Battery floor vacuum on hand, good. All necessary cleaning utensils, rags, cleaning products, garbage bags. Everything plentiful and findable. Good bed good blackout. Bed pull has to be arranged with but ok. Good windows+views. Large TV available with Lan (but I did not test). Internet and wifi good. Plenty of seating available and dining table in front of kitchen. Plenty of dishes, silverware, glasses, cups. SENSEO, toaster, microwave, kettle all in tiptop condition. I only missed an iron( now available) and a range hood. Kitchen good! 2 CERAMIC, fridge+freezer, sink+ dishwasher +utensils.

Our far too short time in Vera's small loft was rainy but still incredibly relaxing. We felt right at home thanks to Vera's warm nature. The accommodation is super clean and decorated with visible creativity, love and craftsmanship in all corners. It is really very cozy and, due to the many upcycling and the beautiful location, exceptional and close to nature. Despite the rain, we sat for a long time in the covered outdoor area, watching the cats and ducks and listening to the pouring rain. Lake Baldeney is within walking distance through the beautiful forest and restaurants and supermarkets are also nearby. Thanks to Vera's good description and reliable accessibility, you can find the hidden cottage very well. We will be happy to come back ☀️ Greetings from Cristian and Venice

What a beautiful apartment there in the ridge of the building. All the comforts, sparkling clean and including a regal breakfast. Attentive host and hostess. Recommended!

It was very enjoyable experience living at the accommodation. We had all what we needed. Everything was clean and perfect. The host was great and helpful. I would recommend it for all my friends.

We rode our bicycles on the Rhine cycle route to Anneclaer and Michael's place just outside the old town. We stored the bikes securely in the yard. The apartment was spotless, well appointed, a short walk to the supermarket and very comfortable. We had a lovely stay.

Great value, lovely apartment! We were on foot, no bikes or car and the bus services available between Dülmen and Rorup are limited. Mostly we walked from Dülmen to Rorup, which is a fairly pleasant, but 5 mile trek. If you have better transport than us, then this is a fantastic air b n b. Rorup is a lovely neighbourhood and there is a woodland right next to the apartment for morning walks.

I can highly recommend this accommodation! The apartment is very nicely decorated. The value for money is absolutely right and the hosts are very helpful and friendly.

My parents, who stayed for two nights in the beautiful apartment, liked the stay very much. She would book the apartment again at any time to explore Xanten and the surrounding area. They particularly liked the location, the cleanliness and the cozy furnishings. The contact with the hosts was very reliable and friendly.

Super uncomplicated and very friendly hosts, I felt at home from the beginning and the apartment was really fantastic. That was certainly not the last visit to Alex and Selina :)

The accommodation is in a beautiful quiet place and allows you to escape the hustle and bustle of the city. The apartment is very nice, clean and everything you need is available. From towels, coffee machine to the great terrace with grill. The communication was uncomplicated and the host was easily accessible! We'd love to come back!

We've been to this property again. And will be happy to come back whenever we are in the area. Everything is just right. The accommodation is just as described. Beds are very comfortable. There is an information folder about the region and a lot of reading (cookbooks,novels,travel literature from many countries). Communication works perfectly for us. In front of the apartment door there is a small table with two chairs. Perfect for smokers. An ashtray is also available. We can't think of anything to complain about.

Super great place to stay that is even better than it looks in the pictures. The apartment has a great location, very quiet and away from the hustle and bustle, but you can still get to Xanten or Sonnsbeck quickly. This quiet location is ideal for a few relaxing days and especially if you want to have a quiet New Year's Eve with your dog. Peter and Hella are also super nice hosts! This place can only be recommended!

The basement was nice, comfortable and clean. The contact with Katharina and her partner was very relaxed and pleasant. The Landsheer dogs were sweet and soothing.

The accommodation is spotlessly clean and ideally located for me. When the first difficulties with the electronic check-in arose, Thomas was prompt, understanding and helpful! Basically, a very pleasant contact. I felt very comfortable in Thomas' apartment. Thanks for everything! The highlight for me was actually the fireflies that live in the green areas around the house. 💡

The house looked beautiful and modern inside and all amenities were present. All shops and activities were within walking distance and with many good restaurants nearby, the location of the house was perfect. The beds were comfortable and the sofa bed was easy to use and also comfortable.

We had a fantastic time. Beautiful, quiet and natural environment with privacy. Extremely friendly welcome. Everything super neat and clean. Repeatable. The area is great and easy to walk and otherwise the bus towards the center. The stop is a 2-minute walk. Very hospitable and friendly owners. Everything was just great!

We as friends of Brigitte's daughter and Rob, really enjoyed staying with them. It was lovely and a beautiful area. The Apartment was great! Enjoyed a day at the pool and well closed with a cozy BBQ on the water! Brigitte & Rob are super friendly and cozy helpful people to stay with. We will definitely be back!

We were guests with four people at Benjamin's and felt right at home! The apartment is exactly as described and well equipped. Not far from the accommodation is a swimming lake and various restaurants. Benjamin is a great host and we would come again and again!

It was a really great stay. The surroundings were very quiet. Mario was always easy to reach, super hospitable and accommodating. The accommodation had my expectations more than met. Both the apartment and the garden are super nice and large and very well maintained. It's really worth a stay

Christoph's service was really wonderful. He was attentive to us at all times and for anything we needed. The apartment is beautiful, everything is very carefully thought out to the millimeter and very well thought out for anyone. The house is really cozy. The lighting is very relaxed with those views of the terrace. Without a doubt, my mother and I rested and relaxed as much as we needed. The jacuzzi is amazing. We had a very nice experience. We will definitely repeat

The apartment is awesome! Everything is very clean, the amenities are great! Everything you need! I only had to take half of my things from home, because everything was available. Whether in the kitchen or the bathroom. We don't need to talk about the bathroom. It's pure luxury. You can always find a parking spot nearby. It's quiet. Nice neighbors. Public transport is nearby. You can get anywhere fast. And there are also shopping facilities nearby. Dirk was very nice and always available. Everything wonderful.
