Apartment holiday rentals in Ivry-sur-Seine

First of all from start to finish communication was absolutely first class. Accommodation was more than anticipated. Met and matched all of our aspirations. Cleanliness was perfect. Hosts Isabelle and Pascal are just truly wonderful people. Felt very blessed to have found a location this close to Paris without the normal clutter and to boot a market twice a week within eyesight from front door. Just wonderful. Thoroughly recommended this accommodation and location to any and all. 😃

Nuestra estadia fue increíble, las fotografias no le hacen justicia a lo lindo y pulcro que es el departamento! Un lugar muy conectado con RER cerca y suficientemente amigable. Bernard estaba disponible siempre que se necesitó y fue genial tener nuestra privacidad sabiendo que en caso de necesitarlo estaria ahi. El unico "problema" que tuvimos fue que el edificio de al frente esta en construcción y había ruido constante en las mañanas pero el lugar esta adaptado para que el ruido de afuera no se escuche tanto asique no hubo molestia para nosotros, ah y un dia alguien de los departamentos de arriba hizo una fiesta pero nuevamente el sonido se traspasó solo un poco, lo único que molestó fue que no nos invitaron! jaja Agradecidos por el lugar y por la disposición de Bernard!

Au top ! J’étais en vacances à 8000km de chez moi et seule… j’avais un très bon pressentiment qui s’est confirmé. Je me sentais en sécurité. Le quartier est safe. À 6 mins du tram à pieds. Pâtisseries, supermarchés et autres à proximité. Le ventilateur m’a sauvé la vie avec la chaleur dans Paris, mais il faisait bon dans l’appart sans ventilo. Lit très confortable. Super accueil, merci pour tout ! ❤️

We really enjoyed our stay at Cedric's. The home was comfortable and just as described. Cedric provided videos on how to work different things, like the bed and shutters. We had 1 issue during our stay trying to work the microwave, but he came round immediately and resolved it. He was super helpful, and responsive. The place was also really close to a Metro station with a line that made it really easy to see all the sites. We didn't have a lot of time for site seeing as we were there for a wedding, but the location made it ideal for making the most of the time we did have.

Appartamento ristrutturato come da foto. Presente tutto l'occorrente necessario, Biancheria ottima. Attrezzatura cucina nuova e funzionante. Rer a un munito a piedi, 10 minuti da Gare De Lyon. Pasticceria panetteria sotto casa. Presenti due ventilatori nuovi. Il padrone di casa è preciso, gentile e presente per qualsiasi richiesta. Grazie per tutto consiglio vivamente. Good

Had a pleasant stay at Bernard's place - the studio is very well equipped with everything we needed. The area is safe and accessible by metro to the main attractions in Paris. Bernard has been very responsive and kind to our requests and we will back anytime we are in Paris. Thank you !

Federico’s place is not easy to describe. It is an extremely tasteful decorated Haussmann apartment, yet it feels totally home. It’s in one of the best possible locations in Paris (my ultimate favorite area), you can walk anywhere and metro station with 1 minute walk. The interior is even more beautiful than the photos, as Federico made enhancements with top notch design elements. It is a very rich experience to spend time in a beautifully designed space if it’s designed by someone tasteful for themselves, not for a rental place for the sake of decoration. There is a prize winning famous patisserie with 1 minute walk with the best croissant, which made us enjoy incredible breakfasts on the terrace while one person enjoying Pantheon and the other enjoying Note Dame. The nights were also delightful in the terrace with your wine and hard to beat Parisian view & flowers. The communication with Federico was perfect and he helped us with everything even though we had many questions✨

Die Unterkunft war sehr gut gelegen, in nur wenigen Gehminuten war man an der U-Bahn Linie 7. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und es war alles da, was man für einen Urlaub benötigt. Leider war die Unterkunft etwas hellhörig, sodass man oft die Nachbarn im Treppenhaus gehört hat. Trotzdem waren wir all in all sehr zufrieden.

I had a fantastic stay! The apartment was spotless, cozy, and exactly as pictured. The location was super convenient, and everything was well thought out. Nadim was incredibly kind and helpful- accomodated our delays during checkout as we had some issue with our car rental. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Fahad is a great host, the apartment is cozy, close to the RER gare, very convenient to get to downtown Paris in 20min.

Kevin was a fantastic host! He was extremely responsive and gave us really detailed instructions on how to check in. The apartment was pristine and well equipped. We had everything we needed including extra pillows, kitchen utensils etc. the apartment was also very cosy. The would highly recommend.

My wife and I had a great long weekend stay here in a marvelous flat with a great balcony over the streets. Spacious for 2 adults and light and airy. Bed was comfy and kitchen very well equipped. Quiet at night yet moment's from the sights and attractions. Very safe around the area at night too on the walks home. Would thoroughly recommend.

Apartment was clean and as shown in the pictures. Sonia was very helpful, responsive and flexible regarding a later checkout. Would recommend!

Booked for the amazing view, well-known neighbourhood with good Metro access, supermarkets nearby, lift, kitchen, good price. Some issues especially due to the exceptionally hot weather, but Martine was very helpful.

The location was amazing for visiting various places in Paris. Further, the rooms were prepared really well, and it easily fits 4 people. It is written in the review, but the second bed is a sofa bed that ends up taking large space in living room but not too cumbersome

Sophie é muito atenciosa, alem de se comunicar rápido, auxilia em tudo que é preciso com generosidade! Montrouge é um lugar simpático, é facil chegar ao centro de Paris! O apartamento fica a cerca de 10 minutos da estação de metro e há 3 min da paragem de bus. Há bastante comércio e sente-se segurança ao caminhar pra casa. O espaco de Sophie é ótimo! É espacoso para os padrões de Paris, tanto o espaco da sala/cozinha quanto o quarto são muito confortaveis, dorme-se bem mesmo no sofá cama. A cereja do bolo foi a jacizzi que oferce um conforto muito agradável, as instalações sao novas e muito linpas. As toalhas e os lencóis tambem sao novos! Tudo impecável! A cozinha é bem equipada. A varanda estava em obras, certamente vai ficar muito bonita em breve! Com certeza voltaremos para aproveita-la! obrigada.

The location of Mawei's apartment was perfect, right in the heart of the city! It was super convenient to get around and explore. The apartment was easy to self check-in and very clean. It was in a very quiet neighborhood while being only 20 minutes walk from the Eiffel Tower. Great bakeries and restaurants were within a couple minutes walk. We'd definitely stay here again!

- very clean and it is not too crowded for 4 people - all you need is in the apartment and more - close to metro station - great location, the neighborhood has everything you need and I feel safe - the most important thing is the host's Martin is a very helpful person, super nice. So, I personally think it's worth staying here even though it's on the 3rd floor and there's no elevator.

We had a wonderful stay at Ramo’s suite. It was exactly as the pictures showed it. The location is absolutely ideal right on the Seine River which offers stunning views and peaceful atmosphere. The place is quiet, private and feels like a true escape from the hustle of the city. Practicality was top notch: there’s a-lot of local grocery stores just a short walk away and it was very easy for G7 drivers to find the address and pick us up. Everything about this place made for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Highly recommend.
