Private room - small attic apartment with private entrance from the hallway (33m2) hallway and staircase shared with the owners of the house. Kitchen equipment - fridge, microwave, ceramic double cooker, kettle, toaster, sink and washbasin. Car parking in front of the house in a quiet street. Location of the house - to the city center about 15 minutes walk, public transport about 300 meters. Possibility of sitting in the garden under the pergola, meat preparation on a gas grill, use of granite stone or smokehouse (when staying for 2 or more nights).

The newly renovated apartment is located on the ground floor of a family house near the Jablonec dam. The main entrance and hallway share two separate apartments. The space is perfect for a couple, but in a walk-through living room, another guest sleeps on a sofa bed. Swimming pool, sports hall and dam are 2 minutes on foot, supermarket 5 minutes, various public transport options also within walking distance, to the center is 20 minutes on foot. Free parking is available on the street. Cross-country skiing and bikes can be stored in the hallway.

Very close is also the popular Jablonecká dam - use both in summer and winter (bicycle, in-line, swimming, paddleboard, etc.) Train station about 3 min. on foot. There are plenty of great places to see and a great place to start your trip. Grocery store also very close. (5 min) In winter, the nearest ski slope is 15 min by car. Nice, cozy and modern apartment, studio size - 1 bedroom - room with a comfortable double bed and a kitchenette with a balcony and a beautiful view of the whole city. You will find absolutely everything you could need during your stay, including all hygiene and cleaning products, a Nespresso Vertuo coffee machine and a few capsules. In December 2025, the apartment was renovated, modernized and painted, we have a new vinyl floor, a new quiet refrigerator, a design panel behind the TV with lighting.

Relax under the roof

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. The "Relaxation under the roof" premises were created by the reconstruction of a hundred-year-old attic. The energy here is supplied by the original beams and other elements that we returned to the place after the reconstruction. The dominant feature is a wooden staircase also made of original beams. The staircase leads to a cozy attic room for sleeping. The apartment is located on the opposite side of the road, ensuring peace and quiet.

If you want to do sports, it's just a stone's throw away. Ještěd downhill and bike trails are about 7 minutes' walk. We can communicate by email, phone and social media.

The house is located among family houses in a quiet environment. I live in it, my boyfriend, my son Mattias and our dog Arnošt. Households are separate, so we will be happy if you use the option of self-service accommodation. The apartment is fully equipped and furnished in a modern and airy style. We insist on peace, a pleasant atmosphere, order and tranquility throughout the house.

Newly renovated wooden building in the Jizera Mountains Protected Landscape Area. We offer a quiet environment with parking and access to many winter resorts. In summer, it is possible to come with bicycles and enjoy the landscape with its unique beauty. In winter, especially during the winter holidays, we prefer accommodation for the whole week, i.e. from Saturday to Saturday.

2 bedroom apartment with breakfast included

In the city center, bus stop to Bedrichov 20 meters. In Bedrichov a lots of opportunities for mountain biking in the summer or skiing and cross-country skiing in the winter. Accomodation available for single travelers, families with kids. Small pets are OK. Breakfast is included and it is served in the deli store Lahudky Vahala (downstairs, same building as the apartment).

We offer accommodation in the center of Liberec on the 1st floor of a historic villa from 1900 in a renovated apartment. It is a studio apartment consisting of one room with a double bed, a kitchenette with a dining table and a bathroom with a shower, sink and toilet. Pets welcome.
