A brand new mountain apartment with a generous layout 3+kk (52m2) is located in the immediate vicinity of the Klínovec Ski Resort (250m to the ski lift). The apartment has 2 bedrooms for 2+2 people, a living room with a large sofa, a kitchen with all the amenities, a dishwasher, a microwave and a classic oven, a TV and a bathroom with a shower. The advantage is the luxurious environment of the apartment and the above-standard terrace of 23m2 from which there is a beautiful and undisturbed view of the Loučná valley. In the house you cook on a kitchen stove with wood, relax in a solid wood family bed (270 x 200 cm) made of stone pine and feel a very special room climate through the clay plaster. This green house is exceptional in its atmosphere. The interior is a boutique cottage. Most of the furniture is original, only newly renovated. We made the other furniture, such as beds, cabinets and cupboards, by hand together with our best friends. We spent a lot of time, energy and effort on the overall renovation. You just have to experience this place.:)
