Our "Backpacker" is a cute and cozy 96 sq.ft. of tiny house nirvana. Situated on a small tidal slough, it provides a beautiful natural setting for reflection and appreciation of that which is good in life. For those looking for luxury, the Backpacker is not for you (you may encounter bugs and it's really hot in summer). However, the Backpacker has a pretty cool vibe, and is extremely convenient to historic Charleston and Funky Folly Beach. The Backpacker is for backpackers and nature lovers.

Our vintage '76 Airstream has everything you need for a comfortable stay including: full kitchen, full bath, heater & AC, tankless water heater, Smart TV, Wifi, memory foam mattresses & more! Nestled next to our creek, you'll enjoy sipping your morning coffee in our outdoor seating area. Just 15 mins to Folly Beach & 6 min to Downtown Charleston, we are in an ideal location. *Please note, this sleeps a max of 2 adults. The bunks are too small to accommodate more than that. There is a small back patio outside the sliding glass doors in the living room. The private driveway can accommodate 2 cars.

Our guest studio is located at our home minutes to Folly Beach and Downtown Charleston. The studio is one room and features a queen bed, dining area with an apartment size refrigerator, toaster oven and microwave. There is a bathroom with a small stand up shower. There is a private entrance, covered porch and fenced yard area along with off-street parking.
