The Proprietor's Flat in the Main House has one, king-size bed and private bath with a tub/shower combination. Tastefully decorated with 18th century furniture, the private and luxurious flat also boasts a separate living room, dining room and kitchen in addition to beautiful hardwood floors. Amenities include hair dryer, iron/board, television, refrigerator, safe and high-speed internet access. These living quarters are the largest in the Jasmine House, totaling 1,200 sq. ft.

Private bathroom is outfitted w/a tub & shower. Swim in the largest pool on Folly Beach. Beach access is only 1 block away. Ideal for a romantic weekend! Must be 21 years+. 1 parking pass provided. The Studio room with a Deck is a studio room with a living area, kitchenette, and King size bed in the same room. There is a full bathroom. This room is on the third floor.
