There is an additional cost for electric car charging (type 2 contact 16A), towels and bed linens. Cleaning is done by the tenant before check-out. Cleaning equipment is available. Quiet area with few neighbors and peaceful surroundings, close to forest and good fishing waters. Mobile WIFI and TV via Chromecast. Sheets/towels/firewood are not included, cleaning is done by the guest. Here you can enjoy hiking, cycling and skiing all year round! Car required.

Cottage Björn - Quiet cabin at lake Edesjön

Take a break and relax in this peaceful oasis. The small house is quietly situated in the forests of Jämtland. There is a paved path on the property for a walk. You can also find a jetty to the lake with a scenic beach for taking a bath in the summer or for cross country skiing, ice skating and ice fishing in the winter. Extensive hikes or bike tours are also possible here. There are many great things to discover in the surrounding nature. We have a boat, SUP Boards and a fishing set to rent.

The apartment, which is the downstairs of a cottage with two apartments, has fantastic views of the mountains and the village of Bruksvallarna and is located in a quiet area among other mountain cottages. After skiing or hiking during the day, you can then swim in the hot tub, warm up in the sauna or relax by the fireplace. The nice cross-country tracks are within walking distance.

Huset består av tre sovrum, ett badrum, ett sovloft samt ett kök som är öppet mot vardagsrummet. Det är öppet mellan sovloftet och vardagsrummet vilket bör beaktas om man avser sova på loftet och om man reser med morgonpigga individer. Stugan är modern men mysigt inredd för att skapa en härlig stugkänsla. Huså ligger på andra sidan Åreskutan från Åre sett och har en egen skidbacke och mycket goda möjligheter till skoteråkning. Här finns även en fors att bada i och vandringsleder.
