We had a wonderful stay! Space is exactly as described — clean, well decorated and very comfortable. The location is excellent, with easy access. The host was super attentive and helpful throughout the stay, always available to ask questions and give good recommendations. We would definitely go back and recommend it to everyone looking for a pleasant stay in the area!

We had very nice days in the house: the view is stunning (probably one of the highest points in Búzios) and the facilities in general are very well taken care of, the super functional leisure area with a swimming pool, barbecue area and game room. We managed to stay comfortably: air conditioned worked properly, the bath was good and warm as well as we used the kitchen and other areas in the house well. The great highlight of everything was the service provided by hostess/homemeira Antônia: a lot of liveliness, education and helpfulness made a total difference in our stay. We did not notice any major drawbacks in the house taking away the fact that we rented during a holiday and the price was relatively high and slight signs of age on the inside of the house (something natural for a not so recent construction). It is worth noting that although the house is super close to the beaches Geribá and Ferradura (5-10min car thing), its location high above makes it less feasible to walk to the beaches. Great stay!

The place is lovely! Exactly like the photos, the location is great, the house is comfortable and very good! I spent a few days with my family and we loved it! Martín is very kind and available to answer questions! We will definitely be back more often :)

Frederick and Raquel are great hosts! Beautiful home, seamless check-in/out process and they gave us some great recommendations for food and beaches. Buzios is quite a drive from the tourist destinations but ideal if you’re looking for a more scenic and relaxed experience in Rio 😊

I'm delighted! Paula was super solicitous, a love of person, with a unique and welcoming vibe. I answered all my questions quickly and clearly, and made me feel right at home from the first moment. The chalet is simply amazing, cozy, with a wonderful view and equipped with everything we needed. Everything was neatly clean and organized. I hired a wedding surprise aside, and both Paula and her daughter prepared everything with great care and attention to detail. It was exciting! On Saturday, we had the privilege of having Vitor, Paula's son and chef, for a private dinner. Without a doubt, it was one of the best decisions we made. Dinner was perfect! The best food I've ever tried! The atmosphere was carefully prepared, with a beautiful decoration and a perfect playlist, making the night magical. Without a doubt, we will return more often. Gratitude for everything!

We feel like we're in Greece while in Brazil!!! Everything absolutely impeccable! The apartment is located in an exclusive condominium on the side of Arraial, at a perfect distance to enjoy everything the city has to offer and unforgettable panoramic views. The apartment is very comfortable, everything is top quality, everything is very well thought out and organized. We enjoy each apartment, each one offering a very pleasant atmosphere. The top floor is really a gem to enjoy full evenings. The pool is very clean and everything is very well maintained. What can I tell you about our days in Arraial do Cabo at Chi Fai's place? Everything was magnificent, the building's amenities, the kitchen equipment, the cleanliness, the warmth, and the incredible location in front of Praia Grande, along with the host's attention, make it undoubtedly the best experience I've had on a vacation... We're leaving with a lot of desire to come back, THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING!!

Leonardo was very clear and collaborative with our stay. The apartment is located on a very busy avenue, well lit and gives the feeling of security. The sea is two blocks away, as well as a couple of excellent supermarkets where you can buy everything you need, including already prepared. The apartment's features are unbeatable.
