This place was absolutely, clean, homey, had an abundant amount of space, bedrooms and beds for are large family!! There was a bathroom setup with handicapped accessibility with was absolutely perfect for our 71 year old mother!! The backyard has plenty of activities and space to be out all day and comfortable. We meet somewhere every year for a family vacation and this home was hands down the best so far. Thank you Kevin and Julie for welcoming us in your home!!

Perfect location for our annual trout fishing trip.

We had an absolutely amazing time staying here, from the home itself to the outdoors surrounding it was exactly the peaceful, serene environment we were needing. The house literally had everything that we could’ve possibly needed cookware wise and even cleaning wise because although we were on vacation in a neat freak and with 2 boys the messes are sure to follow. Our host was so kind and responsive and gave us so many wonderful recommendations for things to do with our sons. We did not want to leave 💕 thank you so much for having us.

What a delightful place to stay. Plenty of room for the seven of us. It was great having the choice of playing ping pong, billiards, and such. Hiking was close by, and we were able to see multiple falls. So beautiful and peaceful.

I had an incredible experience at this Airbnb! The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully furnished with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was cozy, the Wi-Fi was strong, and I appreciated the little touches like extra towels and a stocked coffee station. What really stood out, though, was the host. Communication was prompt and friendly, and they went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and they were always available if I had any questions. We had the BEST girls weekend at this cozy and beautifully decorated cabin!! The space had everything we could possibly need. The host was incredibly kind and responsive, she quickly replied everytime I messaged her which made the stay even more stress-free. We had such a great time and would definitely come stay again!!

For a couple traveling from Mississippi, this cabin is the kind of retreat that blends a Mountain State escape with Southern comfort. We enjoyed wine on the back porch as well as the hot tub, and not to mention the unique and view worthy sauna on the side of a mountain! We did a big hike, enjoyed shopping around Blue Ridge and Ellijay, relaxed and spent some time at a local winery—all without sacrificing Netflix or a fully-stocked kitchen we were easily able to cook in ... the Doc Holliday---It’s cozy, intimate, and effortlessly indulgent. Super fun! This Blue Ridge gem is ready to welcome you. 🏞️

Debra was absolutely AMAZING, went above and beyond and made sure we felt right at home. The view is absolutely amazing, lots of deer and such and an astonishing view. Extremely grateful for being able to stay here and absolutely will book again when in the area! Thank you so much!

The perfect place for some R&R! The porch with its comfy furniture, fireplace and swing bed was exactly where I wanted to be to watch the rain for the entire weekend. We slept SOLID in the comfy beds and dark rooms at night. Kitchen was extremely well stocked! would love to go back!

The host Kenny was amazing. His cabin accommodated my family of 5 needs in space, location, bedrooms and baths. The scenery in this community and around this cabin was fantastic. Especially seeing deer everywhere. Big Canoe as a community is phenomenal and very family orientated. Lots to do . Can’t wait to plan another vacation here.

This property was absolutely beautiful and with the screened in patio, I could spend the whole day out there. Will definitely be back!

Kristen & Mike were fantastic hosts!! From communication prior to arrival to throughout our stay they were always available and super helpful! Mike was able to walk me through getting the fire started in the living room since the pilot light was turned off which was great! They even came up Saturday (an hour drive for them) to help us with a complication with the hot tub (which was truly just due to our own inexperience with hot tubs not an actual malfunction) which was truly going above and beyond! Their home has the perfect layout with a bedroom on every floor with private bathrooms + a half bath off the kitchen area! We loved every space & the beds were SUPER comfy!!! We felt right at home the whole trip and will definitely be coming back!

The place was as advertised and would definitely stay again. Host was easy to contact and was very responsive. Only drawback to the place is parking , we have two large pu and trailers (with 4 motorcycles) and it was very tight to maneuver around. We made the best of situation and thoroughly enjoyed our stay!!

Comfortable stay within a few short miles to downtown Ellijay. Well secured, fenced back area for dogs. Comfortable beds in each bedroom, with attached private baths. Fast, reliable internet for streaming. Thank you for the stay.

Home was just as described and centrally located to all the activities we had planned. Appreciated the restaurant recommendations and the super quick responses.

My family and I had a wonderful time. The house was perfect for us, I think our favorite room was the White Sunroom off the kitchen. I could be cooking and the grandbabies were on the floor playing. We did have to move the coffee table into the corner as it was glass but is made ample play area on the floor. We drove to Helen, Dahlonega, Amicolola Falls St Park, Ellijay. We did 3 Wineries, Apple orchard and the kids hiked the community every morning. I don't think we could have squeezed anything else in, in one week. It was an an amazing trip, coming back to the house in the evening was as comfortable as coming home. Thank you for having us. Maria Metzger

I cannot emphasize enough the highest level of customer service, hospitality, and pleasantry our hosts provided. Our stay was exceptional even with a power outage (terrible storm, trees went down, messed up the power line) and a WiFi issue (not sure why). Our hosts were on the phone with us, helping us trouble shoot, and were SO accommodating. All accommodations were pristine and allowed perfect rest and relaxation. Thank you so much!

We were in the area for a family wedding and took advantage of all the bed/baths. We had 3 different generations staying in the home and it was comfortable, with common area but also space to decompress. Back patio has a gorgeous few and the basement had a fun rec room. Comfortable, clean, inviting and enough space for 3 different families to settle in, share meals together and get ready for the family celebrations. The whole family said “great job” on the accommodations!

Stayed for three nights with perfect weather and perfect accomodatiins . Spent many hours in the river, on the swing and in the game room. We absolutely love it there and hope to come back someday soon. Thank you

This house is absolutely beautiful. It is so well appointed and thoughtfully decorated. There are so many special touches for families, including your pooches! There was a welcome written in the sand of the shuffle board table, a basket with things for your pups and a box filled with everything needed to make s’mores. We had an incredibly relaxing time at the house and fantastic hiking not too far away. We were thrilled with the entire experience. Deborah, thank you for your hospitality!
