Monthly Rentals in Jasper

This place was perfect for me. I am retired but work part-time remotely via my laptop, and it really helps when it is quiet. This place was extremely quiet. What you get compared to the initial description was accurate. You get a clean room that is quiet, and nobody bothers you. They don't have daily or weekly room service, but I like it that way. If you stay long term, like I did you probably will drive into Sioux Falls once a week anyway. That's when I did my own laundry as I ran errands. When you email or text the owners / managers, they reply quickly. Air conditioning worked perfectly. No problem with any types of bugs or vermin. I did not see any of that. Overall great for me, and a great price.

Carleen is a wonderful host. Sent clear check-in instructions proactively, very responsive and friendly. Carleen's place is a cute little charm. Loved the historical buildings around and inside her place was very cute and she kept all the original look. The surrounding area is very nice and loved walking the little downtown blocks. Unfortunately, we had a family emergency and had to cut our stay short but Carleen was very understanding of the situation. This will be our go to place when traveling to South Dakota. Thank you Carleen for making our stay so enjoyable!!!!

Super easy to find and access via self-check-in. My husband and I stayed here on a last-minute stop and were pleasantly surprised to find Joe's place at just as competitive a price as the local hotels, but with the cleanliness, privacy, and ease often missed by hotels. We were even able to borrow a game to play for the evening. Would stay again if we find ourselves in the area!
