The vacation rental is located in a 120-year-old brick carriage house. It offers an unobstructed view to the south, into the Havelland region. On the ground floor, there is an eat-in kitchen with a sofa bed, a terrace, and a private garden. On the second floor, you will find the bedroom, a balcony with panoramic views, and the bathroom with a welcoming shower. Area (excluding outdoor facilities): 40 sqm (431 sq ft). Bedding and towels are included. The adjoining loft (45 sqm) can also be rented. Three additional people can stay there.

Welcome to this unique carriage house (90sqm). Built in 1922, it has been carefully restored and converted with high-quality materials. This romantic remise is located on Potsdam villa premises featuring old fruit and walnut trees, directly at the shore of Jungfernsee. In the summer, you can enjoy a swim in the lake before breakfast, if you wish. Only a stone’s throw away from the world-famous Glienicke Bridge. For decades during the Cold War, the bridge was the place where spies were exchanged.

Wohnzimmer: Gemütlich draußen essen oder in der Lounge-Ecke bei einem Glas Wein entspannen – einfach das Leben genießen.

The stylishly furnished separate apartment (155 sqm) with private entrance, underfloor heating, antique tiled stove, a workplace, a fully equipped kitchen and a hot tub next to the apartment's own terrace as well as a sauna cottage in the extensive park offers the possibility of a varied break in every season.

We like to welcome you in our lovely renovated apartment.It has 2 bedrooms, kitchen, living room and bathroom (ca 90qm) The center can be reached in 10min, Potsdam is 50min away, Berlin ca 90min. Just 300m from us you find the bus station, also near by is a super market, the Castle of Plaue and a park. We are right near the water, you are welcome to bring your kayak or a bike. It can be left in the yard, when not used. There is plenty of free parking on the street.

Berlin Wannsee Summer House

It isn't large but has all the comforts without being fancy. The cottage is charming and old, not a designer tiny house. Berlin's center and Potsdam can be reached quickly. Private access, balcony with water views, terrace and garden all around. Living room with kitchen, bathtub, bedroom and extra sleeping space for an extra charge on the sofa bed. We live next door, so never an access or key problem. We are on the Wall Trail. Pets are also welcome.

Rurally located in the small village of Grebs in Hoher Fläming 45 minutes southwest of Berlin. The large communal garden offers enough space to relax. Our newly renovated apartment on the first floor invites you to linger in a modern style. We also offer a pick-up service by arrangement (up to 20 km radius) for an extra charge. Looking for a place to slow down? Then come to Vieritz. You can relax in our small and cozy old country house. Enjoy the scenery by bike or a boat on the Havel. We have a children's playground on our farm. There are plenty of animals to pet (cats, sheep, rabbits) or watching (stork couple). Our chickens also like to lay fresh eggs for breakfast. The price includes a 15.5 percent Airbnb fee for hosts.
