We had a wonderful stay, which was very great despite the unexpected onset of winter and we were able to fully enjoy it. Michaela and the whole team took wonderful care of us. We'll be happy to recommend it!

Welcoming and as described. Rentals attached to a resort near Franz property. Franz and his team have always been very active, good advice and attentive, and always with a smile! Good recommendations have been made to us nearby. The little plus: access to the quick hotel swimming pool through a small pedestrian access from the property.

We had a lovely stay and will be back. The house is very comfortable, in excellent condition, very clean and well-equipped. Quiet place at the top of Scuol with magnificent views. Start hiking behind the house, access to the train and gondola in 10 minutes and to the city center in 15 minutes. The area is beautiful and the hiking opportunities countless.

We had a fantastic time at Alexander's cottage 🤩 it was all as described and one of the best accommodations we've ever been to. The equipment is to a high standard and we liked to use the strainer coffee maker, barbecue and hot tub on the terrace. Alexander was always easy and quick to reach and has a lot of great tips for the area. We felt incredibly comfortable and thank you for everything. Our dog also loved it 🐶

Walter is a very friendly and wonderful host. He reacted immediately if we had a question or concern, and he really made us feel at home. Highly recommended! Thank you, Walter!

The apartment is great and the region in which it is located is beautiful! Thomas was very nice, he left us breakfast for the next day and recommended many places, very attentive! 100% recommended!

The hosts on site welcomed us super friendly and you felt very comfortable. The accommodation is really nice and quiet. There's no reason to complain about the equipment. We'd come back!

A cozy and lovelly room in the mountains with a beuttiful view of the town below. Because of the location this spot is perfect if you want to explore this region of Austria/south of Germany, wihtin a hour of travel in each direction there is always something to see or to do. Especially if your goal is to go hiking. Everything is as described in the advertisement is, therefore our stay was as expected.

Ideal for larger groups and especially families with children, this house has an open kitchen and 3 bathrooms. It is quietly located below Neuschwanstein. The lake and Tegelberg are within easy walking distance. You can enjoy the sun in the garden and on the terrace. There are toys, a sandbox, a table tennis table and football goals as well as a basketball hoop.

We had a great time staying at Christine's place! The apartment was super clean and well equipped, with clear instructions for everything important. We were particularly enthusiastic about the magnificent view from the balcony – simply fantastic! Many excursion options are within walking distance, and a supermarket is right around the corner. The communication with Christine was very friendly, quick and straightforward. She also responded to our requests, which made the stay even more pleasant. Absolutely recommended – we will be happy to come back!

Waltraud is the sweetest, warmest, and most good-natured person I have ever met. I would recommend it to anyone. And if you're lucky, Waltraud will sing you a song. At 97 years of age, it is impressive how fit she is and how much she cares about her guests. She is very open and honest. You have the feeling you are coming home and as soon as you see them you can only smile. The view from the window is fantastic and the surroundings are very quiet. I'll be happy to come back. Excellent place as base to explore Val Venosta. Josef is a great host. The apartment has everything needed and we'll equipped kitchen. Will definitely recommend it to others.

More than fully equipped, cosy apartment with great view from the small balcony. We were listening to classical music on the radio while admiring the mountains. Confortable sleeping places, fully equipped bathroom, quiet neighbourhood. Perfect for a resting weekend or some days of hiking.

Sabrina is a helpful host. communicated everything in advance, and always responsive. the place was easy to find and was in a calm and beautifull neighborhood

The apartment is beautiful and furnished with great attention to detail. The amenities were excellent and there was nothing missing. A wonderful view over the Walchensee from the terrace leads directly to relaxation. The host always responded quickly and was extremely friendly in communication. We particularly liked the personalized welcome board.

Excellent stay in Lagenfeld! Apartment as advertised, clean and easy to get to. Access to the pool, sauna and games room is a real plus! The surroundings are very friendly and pleasant!

The apartment is in a great location, exactly matches the pictures and was very tidy. Check-in via the neighboring hotel was straightforward. Especially nice: We were able to use the pool and sauna. A big thank you to Helmut for the friendly support. When it came to work on the roof during our stay, he reimbursed us 20% on his own initiative. This is truly an exceptional service. Thank you for everything, we will be happy to come back!

Elisabeth and Michele are ideal host and wife. They are always available if you have a question and are very jovial. Although they also live in the house, you feel sufficiently private. Very large apartment with nice spacious kitchen (with plenty of cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, herbs, ...), cozy living room, 2 bedrooms (each with shower), heated space for the ski equipment. The beautiful view and proximity to the ski slopes complete it. We recommend this apartment!

Francesca was a delightful host. We enjoyed talking with her when we checked in and she made our entire stay easy and enjoyable. The apartment was perfect for us. It had all of the necessities and is located right in the center of town. Francesca also made some restaurant recommendations.

We had a nice time in the Allgäu and in the accommodation. Communication with Hans was always friendly and helpful. Messages were always very quick to respond. The apartment was very clean, we didn't miss anything. We felt comfortable immediately and would come back anytime!
