Small but nice

Small studio in the attic of our house. With cooking corner, small balcony and bathroom with shower and toilet. Ideal for guests who are passing through, hikers and skiers who are on the road all day anyway, want to cook a little something in the evening and want to end the evening comfortably. You can prepare a delicious meal in the kitchen, but no three-course menu, as it only has two hotplates and no oven, but a microwave is available. If you want a lot of space, our room is certainly the wrong one.

A bus stop or the Pitztal state road are 2 km away, the first shopping facility in 4.5 km. The Hochzeiger ski resort is 8 km away; the Pitztal Glacier is 25 km away. Our newly built and lovingly furnished apartment can accommodate up to three people on 38 m². It is fully equipped and has a bedroom, a living area with sofa bed, a kitchen and dining area, as well as a bathroom. In addition, our apartment offers a terrace area and free parking. Our house is located at about 1300 meters above sea level and offers a magnificent view of the surrounding mountains. Arrive and feel good.

My flat is located on s small hill above town and therefore the terrace offers a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains. My flat is best when you're looking for a quiet little getaway in the mountains, as the neighborhood doesn't offer any nightclubs or fancy restaurants ;-) Instead, many hiking and biking trails are right around the corner.
