Cosy wooden summer house with an outstanding view of Gilwa Lake. Situated 2 km from Gietrzwald, geuine gem of Warmia's rustical architecture and history of Warmia in general. 55 sq. meters, built in 1975, well kept, with a nice, small, fenced garden. Ground floor consists of living room with two convertible sofas, long table and a fireplace. Fully equiped kitchen and bathroom with warm/cold water and washing machine. Upstairs: two bedrooms and a balcony. In the vicinity of the house there's a holiday camp, where you can find all of the usual camping site attractions (swimming pool, tennis court, bar, volleyball court, bike rental, boat rental, windsurfing, etc.) extra paid of course. Das moderne Haus liegt direkt am Seeufer "Niskie Brodno" mit Seezugung über den eigenen Steg, gleichzeitig liegt das Grundstück in der Stadt Brodnica mit all den Vorteilen einer Stadt. Ein Rudderboot, ein Kajak, Stand Up Paddle und Fahrräder stehen den Gästen zur Verfügung. Das Haus ist zweigeteilt. Ein Wohnbereich wird vermietet, die andere Haushälfte ist privat und wird von mir nur zu Urlaubszwecken genutzt. In 5-10 Gehminuten erreicht man den öffentlichen Strand.

The apartment is comfortably furnished. The view of the lake is breathtaking. You can hear the birds singing at any time. We have a large covered balcony with sun loungers and a table with 4 chairs. On request, we organize canoeing on the Łyna river from nearby Ruthenia or Bartąg to Olsztyn or further. There is a restaurant where you can have breakfast and very tasty regional dishes (e.g. beef cheeks).
