Cosy wooden summer house with an outstanding view of Gilwa Lake. Situated 2 km from Gietrzwald, geuine gem of Warmia's rustical architecture and history of Warmia in general. 55 sq. meters, built in 1975, well kept, with a nice, small, fenced garden. Ground floor consists of living room with two convertible sofas, long table and a fireplace. Fully equiped kitchen and bathroom with warm/cold water and washing machine. Upstairs: two bedrooms and a balcony. In the vicinity of the house there's a holiday camp, where you can find all of the usual camping site attractions (swimming pool, tennis court, bar, volleyball court, bike rental, boat rental, windsurfing, etc.) extra paid of course. The Rose Garden House is a magical place near Motława Wielka Lake. From the balcony you can enjoy the view while enjoying your morning coffee or greeting the sun, doing yoga. Inside, you'll find all the necessary equipment to prepare a home-cooked meal. For active guests, we have a boat, mountain bikes, and a water bike. Field in Dole Iława Year-round house West Masuria

The houses have an area of 80 m2, a living room of about 40 m2 with a large 6m window and exit to the terrace, 2 double bedrooms, 1 bedroom for 1 person, additionally in the living room a sofa bed with a sleeping function. Each room has a temperature control programmer. The kitchen is fully equipped: dishwasher, induction hob, oven, refrigerator with freezer. Parking is monitored for 10 cars.
