A lake house between Berlin&Potsdam

Our holiday apartment is located right at the lake, is refurbished and equipped to a very high standard (about 90 square meters). There is a large double bed (200 x 200) and a sofa bed separated only by a cabinet sliding door. (No noise insulation - that's why) Offer for boats by arrangement. It is 500 m to the Berlin village sign. Wannsee station 10 minutes by bus, and from there you are in 17 minutes at the main station (Berlin). Please do not bring dogs. A high-quality and tastefully furnished guest apartment with its own entrance awaits you in the Babelsberg villa district. A 10-minute walk to the tram in the direction of Potsdam and a 15-minute walk to the Griebnitzsee S-Bahn in the direction of Berlin open the door to two exciting cities. In the quiet surroundings, you can then relax in a full bath in the free-standing bathtub or enjoy a glass of wine in the summer in the small cozy garden corner or go to the lake. Our guest room is particularly suitable for exploring Potsdam (and also Berlin) by bike, train, car or on foot. Both the Filmpark Babelsberg and the district of the same name are interesting excursion destinations. The S-Bahn train, which is about 15 minutes' walk away, takes you to Berlin in 25 minutes or Potsdam city centre in 10 minutes. You can drive to the motorway within 5 minutes, but neither they nor the train can be heard at night.

Hello, I rent my beautiful apartment in Caputh located directly on the water, overlooking the Templiner See. From the bedroom you can access the balcony and enjoy the view of the lake. A 1.60m wide box spring bed ensures a good night's sleep. TV, a small music system as well as some board games are also available. The kitchen is fully equipped and you can have a great breakfast there. There is also a shower room.
