Nancy’s place was clean, had every thing needed for a comfortable, quiet, and peaceful private stay. Located in the country with all the city necessities nearby. Would positively stay here again.

Adorable efficiency over the stables with everything you need in the kitchen and a comfy bed. Melissa made us feel right at home and really enjoyed our stay on the farm with some great restaurants close by. We'll definitely be returning!

Location, Location, Location! This is a hidden gem!! On several acres of land, private away from other homes. Lots of parking! The living room downstairs has wonderful seating for a big crowd. Large tv!! The dining room table was wonderful to gather around to have dinner and play games!! Bathroom downstairs is very large with a washer and dryer that we used during our stay. The bathrooms towels are very big and soft. Beds nice and comfortable. Upstairs was a wonderful large open space. We gathered all together and had amazing conversations clean, soft carpet to relax on. Two big beds, tvs and a bathroom. Overall this is a wonderful place to stay. I would definitely stay here again. I was sent several messages asking if everything was okay and if we needed anything. I think the best part of the stay was sitting on the enclosed back porch being able to look out side as it was surrounded by wondows. Plenty of board games to play also so no need to bring your own. The kitchen was great!

Rodney's place was the perfect, clean, and safe. The bed was comfy, Wi-Fi was great, and amenities were as described. Neighbors were quiet, nice rural setting, and close to Southern Pines and Fayetteville. Price was fantastic! Would love to stay again. Thank you Rodney for hosting my pup and I.
