Located on the 3rd floor with elevator access. Neighborhood with many restaurants around and metro 5 mins away. Very good quality Yamaha piano. I will be happy to offer my apartment to people who will be respectful of it. My apartment is not a hotel, it is an inhabited and lively place.

Located in a condominium of friends, associated with a theater under construction; you can also enjoy a very sunny common terrace on the roof of this theater. And there's a brand new sofa bed!!
