Close to padel courts, tennis courts, miniature golf. No pets are allowed. Sheets/towels are included, but can be rented for 100 SEK/person. Events/parties are not allowed. In the summertime there are 4 restaurants close by.(2 in the wintertime) Perfect for catching some sun, relaxing, vindsurfing, kitesurfing, nice walks in the beautiful surrounding area, tennis, paddle, minigolf or chilling and barbecuing on the patio. Your family will be close to everything when you live in this centrally located area that is close to swimming and nature. The house is located just 300 meters from Varamon 2 km long sandy beach. The house has open plan living area and kitchen with fireplace 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms. In the bedrooms there are double beds with the possibility of 2 extra beds. Parking available at the row garage No. 14. The house has a patio with a food group and barbecue.

En stuga på ca 70m2 byggt 2005 delvis renoverat 2018 med fin sjötomt. Liten privat båthamn finns precis i närheten av tomten. Ca 5 minuter till Tallberga mataffär med bil. Det finns en egen strand på tomten som delas med värdfamiljen annars så finns det en allmän strand knappt 100 meter ifrån stugan. Finns även en bastu i badrummet om man vill värma sig.
