Cozy family cottage in scenic surroundings. Walking distance to Lake Sommen with swimming areas and marina. There are also lovely walking paths. Nearby there is a soccer field and volleyball court. Right next to the cottage, there are both sheep and cow pastures and a large plot with space for activity. There is a possibility to rent a boat and fish. During the fall, there are nice mushroom fields in the nearby area. During the winter, there is usually access to a child-friendly ski slope and cross-country trails. It's about 10 kilometers to the facility.

Families with children are advised to visit the amusement park High Chaparral, which is 25 minutes away, or why not the unique national park Store Mosse, which is just as close. There is an option to charge an electric car via a charging box.

At Sunnaryds Gård we breed Gotland sheep and on the land there is a high population of fallow deer. 700 meters from the accommodation there is a padel court, boules courts, football pitch, outdoor gym and multi-sports arena.

This villa is located close to central Jönköping and has everything a villa should have and a lot more. The unique thing about this villa is its relaxation area, including a tiled Jacuzzi (for 4-6 adults) that always keeps 37 degrees, sauna, gym (with weights, spinning bike and Skierg), large lounge with projector, ping pong table, a large orangery, secluded plot.
