Unser Aufenthalt war einfach toll! Die Lage ist super – mit direkter Zugverbindung nach Disneyland in die eine Richtung und ins Herz von Paris in die andere. Alles war unkompliziert, selbst spät abends haben wir uns sicher gefühlt. Die Gegend ist ruhig und charmant, mit der Bahnstation ganz nah. Létissia und Alexis sind unglaublich herzliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber – wir haben uns sofort willkommen gefühlt. Unsere sehr späte Ankunft war überhaupt kein Problem und weil die Kinder nachts unruhig waren, durften wir ganz entspannt bis 12 Uhr auschecken, was wir sehr geschätzt haben. Der Check-in lief reibungslos, alles war genau wie beschrieben. Besonders hilfreich war auch der private Parkplatz, bequemes Ein- und Ausfahren, was für uns mit Kindern im Auto Gold wert war. Die Unterkunft selbst war gemütlich, sauber und gut ausgestattet. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und können Létissia und Alexis nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen. Beim nächsten Paris-Besuch kommen wir wieder!

Wir haben die Unterkunft von Teddy gemietet, um v.a. das Disneyland zu besuchen und einen kleinen Abstecher nach Paris zu machen. Bereits im Voraus war Teddy äußerst zügig erreichbar und zuverlässig. Vorab erhielten wir alle notwendigen Informationen zum Check-in. Während des Aufenthaltes versorgte Teddy uns mit vielen nützlichen Informationen. In der Unterkunft selber haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es hat an nichts gefehlt und wir haben die Zeit dort da sehr genossen. Aufgrund der sehr warmen Temperaturen (30+) wussten wir insbesondere die Klimageräte und die Ventilatoren sehr zu schätzen! Wir würden es jederzeit wieder buchen!

The flat is located strategically, with good transport links a 20-minute walk away to get to Disneyland and City Centre. The host was very responsive and flexible with our check-in time. The flat had everything we needed and looked clean and cozy. It is also in a fairly safe and quiet neighbourhood and building. Would definitely recommend as it is so affordable!

L'alloggio è perfettamente corrispondente alla descrizione, piccolo ma comodo e fornito del necessario per una breve vacanza! Ottimo da prendere in considerazione per 2/3 persone. Il proprietario è una persona estremamente gentile e disponibile. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo!

Je recommande ce logement. Fidèle à l'annonce et état impeccable avec tout ce qu'il faut. Nous y avons passé une nuit pour un weekend à Disney, très pratique car tout proche du parc. Nous retenons l'adresse pour de futurs séjour.

Страхотен апартамент, чист, светъл. Настаняването и намирането на апартамента е изключително лесно. На пешеходно разстояние от Дисниленд, или на 5 минути с автобус. Апартамента има всички удобства за да се почувстваш у дома. Най-невероятното нещо за мен и моето семейство е терасата, която гледа към красива и тиха градина, след дълъг ден, това беше най-хубавата част. Домакините са много любезни, отзивчиви, отговарят много бързо. Благодаря Ви, за прекрасния престой, със сигурност следващия път, когато посетим Париж, отново ще Ви потърсим. Препоръчам този апартамент!

The apartment was exceptionally clean and featured a spacious bathroom. It’s located in a quiet, modern building just a short walk from the train station, with only one stop to Disneyland. There are plenty of restaurants and grocery stores in the area, adding to the convenience. The host was very attentive, friendly, and made the stay seamless. We will definitely stay here again the next time we visit Disneyland. Highly recommended

The location is very convenient — the metro is right under the building. All the necessary shops, cafes, and restaurants are nearby. The Eiffel Tower is about a 20–25 minute walk away. The kitchen, bathroom, and rooms were clean, with all the necessary amenities and even more. Wi-Fi worked perfectly, and there’s a fan in case it gets hot — and it was hot! The host was incredibly responsive — we communicated in broken English, but still managed to understand each other and sort everything out. Check-in was easy, everything works with access codes, super simple. The place matches the description and is definitely worth the price!

Nossa viagem foi incrível, e a Françoise contribuiu muito para isso, adoramos o apartamento, a localização por ser próxima a estação do metrô e por ter tudo na frente (mercado, farmácia, padaria, …). As fotos correspondem ao imóvel e a anfitriã muito rápida para responder e muito atenciosa.

Amazing place!! My son and I went to Disneyland for 2 days and stayed 3 days in Vincent place! Great to come back in this amazing quit place after Disneyland! Highly recommend staying in this great creative made decor!!

Asunto oli hieno, tilava ja rauhallinen. Se vastasi kuvausta. Majoituimme viikon, joten oli hienoa, kun saimme nukuttua hyvin. Metrolla pääsi hyvin kulkemaan ja lähellä oli tarvittavat kaupat ruokaostosten tekemiseen. Francois oli oikein ystävällinen ja auttavainen. Voisimme yöpyä uudelleen.

Antoine was very helpful in setting us up for our stay. The apartment is clean, and beautifully decorated, with a lot of techy equipment. The apartment had all the amenities and utensils we needed.

Nous avons passé une nuit dans le logement de Nacira. L'appartement était propre et bien agencé. Il est également à 2 pas du centre commercial du Val d'Europe. Nacra a été très amicale et réactive aux messages! Nous recommandons donc ce logement!

Ο χώρος είναι ακριβώς όπως στις φωτογραφίες! Το διαμέρισμα είναι πολύ φωτεινό! Ακριβώς από κάτω έχει ένα lidl και άλλο ένα supermarket στη γωνία! Η περιοχή είναι ήσυχη και ασφαλής! Για να πάμε στο κέντρο χρησιμοποιούσαμε uber ή bolt, το κόστος είναι περίπου 15-20 ευρώ και 15-20 λεπτά για την κάθε διαδρομή. Μπορείτε να χρησιμοποιήσετε και τα μέσα φυσικά. Έχει λεωφορεία από κάτω και μετρό 10 λεπτά με τα πόδια. Τέλος ο χώρος αυτός είναι πολύ προσεγμένος και μόνο από τη θέα αξίζει τα λεφτά του! Είναι υπέροχο να ξυπνάς και να βλέπεις το Παρίσι από ψηλά! Η θέα είναι τέλεια και από το κρεβάτι! Συστήνεται 100%

Very clean apartment and perfect location. Great place for couples and families and only 5 minutes from Disneyland with a free shuttle every 30 minutes. Round the corner from the hotel there is a massive shopping centre with loads of different restaurants and fantastic shops. Highly recommend

Die Wohnung von Roland ist ein Prachtstück, ein wahrer "hidden gem". Beste Lage: Wer Montmartre mag wird Rolands Wohnung lieben. Schon vor über 20 Jahren nutze Amelie Poulain dieselbe U-Bahn-Station, auch sie wusste, wo es sich lohnt, ein- und auszusteigen.

Logement chic et très propre. Superbe literie J ai pu profiter de l extérieur qui est top (salon de jardin…). Point de vigilance sur escalier abrupt pour monter à la chambre. Petit déjeuner inclus avec un roulé à la confiture au top Je recommande vivement

My partner and I stayed at François’s penthouse in Aubervilliers, and it was the perfect choice. The listing was detailed and accurate, with photos matching the pristine, well-maintained space. Located in a safe, quiet area near shops and restaurants, it provided both comfort and convenience. François was an exceptional host—kind, attentive, and highly communicative. He ensured a seamless check-in and check-out, offering a thorough tour and checking in while respecting our privacy. The penthouse had everything needed for a home-away-from-home experience, and François even recommended a nearby barber when my partner needed a lineup for a wedding. The only slight challenge was occasional delays reaching the city due to a taxi strike, but this didn’t diminish our incredible stay. Without a doubt, this Airbnb will be our go-to when we return to Paris. François you deserve 10 stars! You're truly amazing amazing host!
