Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Kaisariani

Could not recommend this place more. Old charm with modern amenities, very quiet neighbourhood and easily walkable to all major sites. Christos is extremely kind and greeted us the first day. A great person to converse with. Book this place for Athens.

I stayed with my wife and two daughters for 3 days, we felt as comfortable as if we were in our own home. There is a market on Saturdays, we shopped there. It's very close to the subway, within walking distance. If you want to be close to both the center of Athens and the beaches, this place is very successful in terms of location.

We had a great few days in Athens- location was amazing- so central, lots of restaurants and shops within a few minutes walk. Quiet even though it was in a central area. Plaka was a perfect place to stay. We walked everywhere. The patios and terraces were a standout- so lovely to sit in the morning with coffee or the evening with a drink- views of the Acropolis from the upstairs terrace. There were many places to sit and relax outside and it was private. The air conditioning was super. Kitchen was well stocked- we used the Nespresso and there were little milks in the fridge. We were met at the house when we arrived and when we departed. We were given clear instructions on how to use everything as well as local recommendations and maps. I would definitely stay here again. We are a family of 5 with 3 teenagers. They had made the bedroom on the left of the house into twin beds, where 2 kids slept and then the other 2 bedrooms are on the right side of the house- one upstairs one downstairs

Perhaps the best stay through the Airbnb platform, the accommodation was awesome, beautiful, modern and spotless, it lacked nothing and the hosts were direct, friendly and incredibly kind. I would like to visit the accommodation again as soon as possible. Thankyou for everything ❤️

Great location with restaurants across the street. Great for groups who want to be under the same roof but also want to have their own space in different apartments. There are 3 apartment and each apartment is equipped with a bathroom which made getting ready easy for us 4 ladies. The top 1st floor apt ‘Harmonia’ is very modern, with two twin beds in one room and a Queen size in the other room, kitchen with a cute pink fridge and very modern bathroom. Then there’s the basement apartment ‘Erato’ with a twin sized bed in one room and a queens sized bed in the adjacent room. Living room with tv as well. This apartment has had a switch which you had to flip about 30 mins before taking a shower so you can heat the water, which was a little inconvenient but wasn’t such a deal breaker. The basement apartment’s shower is tricky, had to turn knobs and a contraption on the faucet you had to move up and down to make it go from faucet to shower. Then there’s the studio apt ‘Aegle’ which is small

We highly recommend this Airbnb for your stay in Athens, the home was clean and the views were beautiful. The host was beyond helpful and provided an affordable driving service which was very helpful considering the taxis are very costly. I was really excited about my stay! The accommodation was spotless, fully equipped and much more beautiful than it looks in the photos. The location is excellent and quiet. The host was incredibly friendly and willing to help with any questions. It was one of the best Airbnb experiences I've ever had and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. I'll definitely come back!

I had a wonderful stay at this flat after my two-week adventure through Mykonos, Athens, and Santorini. Lida was incredibly pleasant, responsive, and informative, making the whole process smooth and enjoyable. She was thorough, organized, and had a charismatic approach that made me feel welcome. The location, while slightly removed from central Athens, is in a prime spot. It’s very walkable, and I felt safe exploring the area. When I didn’t feel like walking, Ubers were affordable and convenient. But, honestly, I enjoyed walking everywhere and soaking up the local atmosphere. The seventh-floor penthouse was fantastic. The flat is spacious, with a surprisingly roomy bathroom that looks even better in person than in the photos. The foyer has tons of useful information for tourists, which I didn’t end up using, but I can see how helpful it would be for others. Overall, I had an amazing, relaxing time decompressing after a whirlwind trip. Thank you for a lovely stay!💙💙💙

Very nice apartment with two bedrooms; basically with two terraces: from the top you have a view of the Acropolis; on the lower one you can have breakfast or have a drink in the evening. Air conditioners worked very well. We found a few samples in the refrigerator that we could use. A washing machine is also a plus. Small drawback: there is no exhaust in the bathroom - you can only open the window to the hallway. Location is perfect for discovering Athens. Restaurant recommendation To Trikyklo was great. Communication went smoothly. Check-in was super easy. A later check-out was even offered, which we gladly used. Well-stocked supermarket is just around the corner. Attention: if you are traveling with large suitcases, you will find the last part (wooden staircase) a bit narrow. Next time, we would only come with hand luggage. There is otherwise no reason to complain. We can recommend the accommodation and host without reservation. Thank you!

Such a beautiful Airbnb. Best part is the hot tub actually gets hot, not just lukewarm (which i’ve noticed a lot of other hot tubs in Greece are only lukewarm) so that was a plus. Very modern setup and the view was great. Unfortunately I was very sick during my stay, but Jeff and Katerina were so nice and responsive and even helped us get a taxi to the ER, and checked in on us throughout the day. Truly such great hospitality and we are so appreciative for all of the help that they provided for us. Any question we had they responded to us right away with such helpful advice. Thank you so much for everything ♥️♥️

Excellent apartment for a couple. It's a little small but has everything you need for a stay in Athens. Very well located. Close to everything. You can walk around the city from the apartment. It is very tastefully decorated. Modern and very comfortable. Air conditioning is essential for the heat of Athens in spring. Aikaterini is very warm and hospitable. She was attentive to our needs the whole time and had no problem with us leaving later than check-out time. Totally recommended. I'd go back without hesitation. He also left us welcome gifts and a bottle of water in the refrigerator. Really outstanding details. Thank you Aikaterini for everything!!!

I had a wonderful time staying at Louis’s Apartment. The Apartment was just as described; clean, cozy, and fully equipped with everything we needed. The location was perfect for getting around, with the metro and bus stop just steps away, making it effortless to explore Athens. Louis was a great host—friendly, responsive, and always ready to help. If I’m back in Athens, I’d definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Everything was identical to the photos and ultra clean. The terrace is very pleasant with its retractable awning. The only criticism would be that the shower is not very large, needs to be refreshed. There is an AB supermarket 100m away and it meets all needs. Protected and private parking is a big plus! Additional information: an Uber between the apartment and the Acropolis costs between 7 and 9 euros

Panos is an excellent host, very kind and generous. He arranged and paid for transport for us and airport pick up for our son on a separate date. He even gave us a lift home from a restaurant one evening and then we had a nice drink together. Panos and his family live on the floors above the Airbnb rental, which is on floors-1 and -2. The pool is excellent, although not large it is deep and has an “endless swim“ function that gives a great workout trying to swim against the current. The view of Athens is also amazing, especially from the -1 floor large picture window. Note that the -1 floor is open plan containing a double bed and the kitchen, but the -2 floor bedroom has a door for privacy. Steep hills nearby give you a serious workout when walking but taxis are reasonable (usually about 8-11 euros from the acropolis)

Beautiful views Very peaceful Kyriakos is very communicative and friendly. The house has tonnes of amenities (how often does your house have an elevator) Would highly recommend renting a car if you're not from the area. Tip for the other travellers: the property is on a very large beautiful tract off land with an automatic gate that can only be opened from the house or two remotes the host provides. Easy enough but something to keep in mind

We were blown away by both Anna’s beautiful house and superb hospitality. We arrived at the Airbnb at around 2 AM and were greeted by Anna who made sure to give us a tour of the rooms and amenities and welcomed us with a taste of her homemade wine. She stocked the fridge with eggs, fruits, and beverages for us. Throughout our stay she was available to help us with any questions we had and even gifted us her homemade authentic Greek cuisine! Anna’s house itself was very clean, gorgeously decorated with her art, and spacious. From one of the rooms, you can catch a glimpse of the acropolis. We had a fantastic stay here, thank you so much Anna!

The House was Perfect for a group of 9 Girls and Krassy was a Great Host. Commuting to the City (with Traffic which occurs mostly) via Taxi (which is very cheap) takes up to 40 Minutes but Beach area and Beach Clubs are super close to the House, which is why the Location is the Perfect Spot to have it Both: sightseeing in the City and Beaching! Thanks, we can fully recommend and would be happy to be back soon!

We had a wonderful stay. The house is lovely, quiet, peaceful, and beautiful. It’s also perfectly located within easy walking distance to all the major tourist sites, yet tucked away enough to feel like a true retreat from the crowds. Highly recommended!

Loved our stay in Alimos. Plenty of space and really felt like home. Could stay there for months. Very close to the beach with bakery, coffee, restaurants and shopping within 5 minutes walk. Highly recommended! Thank you Konstantinos.
