Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Kaiserslautern

We were very pleased with the winemaker's cottage. Very well maintained, tasteful and well-equipped. To the sofa bed, it is important to note that you do not lie like in bed with exit to each side, but one towards the wall and the other with exit to the front . Also, if you look closely at the photos, you can see it in the picture with the prepared sofa bed.

We had a wonderful stay with Elisabeth. The accomodation was perfect and the location is just great if you are looking for something quiet.

We arrived at the cottage and immediately felt at home. Everything was as described or as shown in the pictures. Marianna was always easy to reach and we felt more than comfortable and welcome. Our dog also felt very comfortable there; that you bring your own blanket for the dog is a matter of course for us and also that you cover the sofa, for example, if the dog goes on the sofa is absolutely understandable. The house is in a quiet location and we were very quickly in the forest with the dog (where even a few elves live). All in all, the stay was very relaxing and simply great for us. We will definitely book with Marianna again, because we have seen a lot in the last few days, but not all the sights in the area.

A great holiday home for family or friends! Everything is as shown in the pictures and even better. The highlight was the large terrace with enough seating for everyone. The house was very, very clean, no wishes were left unfulfilled. Helga was very friendly and warm, had a lot of useful information about the area and always responded in the shortest possible time. On Whit Monday, she even left a basket of rolls in front of our door. We felt very comfortable and plan to come back.

What a great place, in between the woods. Walking distance from a really nice trail in the nature. enormous private Grass field. A great place just to relax, peaceful, and quiet .

We felt comfortable The house is super, very quiet and in the forest. You can start hiking directly from there without having to use the car. Even on rainy days you can make yourself comfortable with the wood stove. We will be happy to come back.

It was absolutely excellent with Christian and Katja. The view is unbeatable and the apartment has been furnished with great care. In addition to the view, the kitchen is also a real eye-catcher, in which you really miss nothing. We felt super comfortable and would be happy to come back :) Even in the case of minor "complications", Christian was there for us and we were able to find a solution for everything. It was great! Dagmar’s apartment was a perfect place for us to retreat and spend time together. The garden was an unexpected surprise for its size and peaceful nature. We enjoyed our evenings sitting under the beautiful trees. The apartment is well located for local wineries and we did a wonderful day trip into Heidelberg to explore. Only 40 minutes from Frankfurt. The apartment is well equipped and very clean and comfortable. Dagmar was an attentive host with great recommendations locally. Thank you for a wonderful stay ☺️

We stayed for 4 nights in the accommodation and we loved it. A sea of space throughout the apartment and equipped with all comforts in the kitchen. Everything was super clean and very homey with plants everywhere. Swimming pool was filled with clean water but unfortunately the weather did not invite to use the swimming pool. Jörn was present at our arrival and responded quickly to our questions the following days. A stay in Jörn's apartment is really recommended.

We had come to this house with 3 friends. We came to Paltz for the wine route and thanks to Wilfried and Claudia we had wonderful days! We were abandoned, but we were warmly welcomed into the home. The contact was very good and the hosts responded super quickly. The apartment was beautiful, very spacious, clean and completely meets the description. The large garden is great, really a hidden gem, where we could enjoy the sun. In addition to the wine route, the area around Rockenhausen is beautiful. We were advised to visit the monastery of Hildegard von Bingen and we are extremely happy that we visited it. The virtual tour brings the monastery back to life and the view is beautiful. Claudia and Wilfried are very kind and we enjoyed our stay and their hospitality. This accommodation is highly recommended and we would love to come back again.

Good location for visiting friends that live in a nearby village.

Nice place to escape the city and relax in the nearby woods and hills. The apartment is very neat and clean and Angelika is easily accessible for questions and tips for the area.

We really enjoyed our stay in this incredible villa! It is perfect for groups (we were 11 people) since there is a lot of space in the house and the garden area. The kitchen is perfect to cook/have a big barbecue as there is plenty of tableware and lots of equipment. We especially enjoyed laying at the pool or sitting by the fireplace. A really excellent price-performance ratio. Would definitely recommend! We will for sure come back again

This was a beautiful home. Lots of light and beautiful views of the back yard. Plenty of space and all the appliances that were needed. The host was very respectful and responsive. I will definitely be coming back in the future.

We booked the villa for our annual family reunion with 11 adults this time and we liked it very much and we were fully satisfied. The house is very original, well equipped and we were able to distribute the total of 4 bathrooms well. The pool table was used a lot and we also enjoyed the terrace with the grills for several meals. I can highly recommend the house for larger groups!

We stayed 2 nights with Laeticia, a group of 6 adults. We had a lovely stay, the accommodation was confined to descriptions. Laeticia is a very gracious, helpful and active host. I would highly recommend this rental.

We were there for the family weekend and felt super comfortable. We had plenty of space in the villa, everything was available. It is very clean and a beautifully furnished house. We got to know Yann, a very nice and friendly landlord, who informed us well about the area, etc. and was also immediately there when we had problems or questions. We definitely recommend Villa Fabia
