Nach einem aktivem Tag bietet das Haus die Möglichkeit in der Sauna oder im Whirlpool zu entspannen oder auf der großen Couch neben dem Kamin zu relaxen und den Abend ausklingen zu lassen.

Wunderschön gelegene ca. 100m² 2021 neu sanierte, sehr gut ausgestattete und liebevoll eingerichtete Altbauwohnung im EG eines freistehenden Dreifamilienhauses im Herzen Landaus. Ruhig gelegen im Fliegerviertel trotz direkter Nähe zur Innenstadt (10min Fußweg) sowie zum Landauer Zoo (5min Fußweg) und dem Park der ehemaligen Landauer Festungsanlage (Fort/Luitpoldpark, 1min Fußweg). Die Pfälzer Weinberge sind ebenfalls in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Kostenlose Parkplätze in der Straße.

Welcome to our cozy apartment located in a quiet residential area! The natural location in Bliesgau leaves nothing to be desired, especially for hikers and cyclists. St. Ingbert, Saarbrücken and Homburg can be reached in 20 minutes. You can reach Saarbrücken Airport in 7 minutes and the Saarland thermal baths in 15 minutes. Shopping and bakeries are within walking distance. Parking is available right outside the door. Check-in/out times are specified, yet flexible.

Live like in the country but in the middle of the city. A light-flooded vacation apartment at the first floor of a 2 family house on a spacious property above the city center awaits you. Our neighborhood is very friendly and quiet. You can hear the birds chirping while you relax and enjoy the sun on the big south facing balcony :-) You have more desire for hustle and bustle and party? No problem! The city center is only 10min walk away.

Looking at the Palatinate Forest, the "Waldschlösschen" is on the edge of the university residential area. I myself use the apartment when I visit my family in Kaiserslautern and otherwise live in Hamburg. It has 1.5 rooms and is set up in such a way that you can work efficiently from home and also relax. Bring the whole family to this great place. A great garden to relax, also suitable for hiking enthusiasts. The Jungpfalzhütte starts directly from the house. Make a nice campfire, relax in the wellness lounge, relax in the infrared sauna and treat yourself to a break. Children are also welcome: There is a trampoline and a large nest swing for romping and playing in the house.
