Holiday rentals with a patio in Kalamaria Municipality

I passed two nice weeks in the apartment. It was super clean, modern, like new, nothing to said. I recommend it !!

Melina was a very kind and extrovert person. She was lovely and always in a good mood. I loved being her guest. The view was great, the flat was easy to use, we had everything we needed, so in summary it was worth it;))

The location was amazing! The view of the water and being in the heart of many restaurants, grocery stores and attractions was amazing. You can see Mount Olympus from the airbnb… so amazing! Check in/check out were easy and the host communicated quickly when we had questions!

The apartment was clean and well-maintained, just a 2-minute walk from the sea. We especially enjoyed the sea view from the balcony. The bedroom was quiet, perfect for a relaxing night's sleep. Would definitely recommend!

Anke and Evangelos are wonderful hosts. The apartment is as described in the listing, not to say much better. You feel right at home, everything is very brightly decorated and cozy. There are also insect screens on all the windows, which I absolutely loved. The pool not only invites you to splash but also linger, at the current temperatures it is pleasantly cool, the garden is a small oasis. I'll be back next year as soon as the calendar is unblocked. Very spacious apartment. Clean and quiet. Parking was right in front of the house. Comfortable spaces, the bedroom and the living room. The bathroom was a little cramped and the water overflowed, but there was a mop.

The apartment was in a very good location and had a parking space right outside. Christos was friendly and responded promptly. He gave me clear instructions, both before and during my stay.

All good for us, however, the hvac in the bedroom is noisy. We did not need it, but if we did we would not like the noise

We had a good time staying at the place. It was clean, we were received personally and it was easy and uncomplicated to reach our host. The location was perfect for us. It's within broader walking distance from the center and easy to get around with public transportation.

The place is amazing !! One of the best place I stayed in. The jaccuzi is very nice. Everything is decorated well and feels like home ! It is also very clean. The location is outside of the city center but by car very close to the city center. We loved the location. We loved everything about the stay

Beautiful little home

Konstantinos was very polite and very helpful. The house is really cozy, exactly as described, very clean and offered everything required for a pleasent stay.

This place is near the beach (1 minute walking) and near the airport (9 minutes driving). It has everything as described. Parking is available in front of the door. Keybox checkin and checkout any time possible. It was nice to be able to stay here.

We have stayed at Solon's place for a full month and it felt like home. We really appreciated that it was free of clutter that you usually see in other places on AirBnB. It had everything we needed and always felt so tidy and neat. The view from the terrace was amazing and we found it very calming. It was close to everything and the two bicycles provided made it easy to get around. They provided us with a high chair and cot for the baby, both in great condition.

A friendly host. He gave nice tips to do and where we could eat well. The house was spacious and has nice beds.

We would be there for the 2nd time, as we were very satisfied the 1st time and the communication with Eleni and her husband was great and the apartment meets our expectations in every way. We'll be back and looking forward to seeing you again. Clear recommendation!

Everything was wonderful.... 5 minutes from the accommodation on foot there is a public parking lot which is very important for anyone who wants to visit Thessaloniki....

It was a dream to come True! Everything was as promised! Location, accomadation adn the terrace! In one word: Great! Sorry that i didnt follow the instuctions well enough! Next time i leave the keys to the box! KR: Mika

The stay in the apartment was great!!!The place is beautiful and warm in a quiet neighborhood easy parking. Next to urban transportation and the Metro stop. In the neighborhood there are many restaurants, pharmacies and supermarkets. The house was just like in the photos spotless and with all the equipment. The host excellent and very friendly responded very quickly. I highly recommend it!!!!

The property is great for a couple's accommodation. It's so good that you'd rather spend more time on it than off. It is located in a very central spot. It has everything within a 5 minute walk. From supermarkets and restaurants cafes of all kinds, to metro and bus stop. Parking is easy. The only small minus (not that important though) is the internet within the space. If you are a pro and need speed to upload or download large files, it will take a long time. The accommodation is one of the best I have visited and is definitely my No1 choice for the center of Thessaloniki.

The room was comfortable, quiet, and above all clean. The landlord is a lovely person who responded promptly to what we needed. I highly recommend it and would visit again.

We were a family of 5 and it was a perfect space for us. We could easily walk to restaurants & shops. Clean & quiet . Loved having a balcony !
