Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Kalamaria Municipality

It was a second staying at this place because we like it very much! Great and big apartment at the very perfect central district with many shops and restaurants and now may be about 50 meters near the Metro station! The Host is amazing, very friendly and responsive!

Apartment was wonderful. We even had a washing machine so we could have fresh clothes for our entire trip. Communication with Host was super fast and reliable. The only thing I didn't like was the fact that the building itself (not the apartment) looked like an abandoned building (especially inside). When we arrived at night, it was a bit creepy. The apartment itself was very nice tho!

Die Wohnung war sauber, modern eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet. Besonders die Lage war ideal und zentral. Der Gastgeber war jederzeit erreichbar und hat schnell auf Fragen reagiert. Ich habe mich rundum wohlgefühlt und würde jederzeit wieder buchen. Vielen Dank!

The apartment was ideal for two people. It was spotlessly clean, and the hosts were incredibly friendly. It was a pleasure visiting their apartment.

This apartment is beautiful and spacious. Every room has A/C. The location could not be better. Everything is walkable. The host was very responsive if we needed him. The place was fantastic and we would definitely stay here again.

Το διαμέρισμα βρίσκεται σε πάρα πολύ καλό σημείο. Η διαμονή μας στο χώρο ήταν πάρα πολύ όμορφη και οι οικοδεσπότες πολύ φιλικοί και εξυπηρετικοι. Σίγουρα το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα.

Nice property, everything is new and nice layout. Place is not very big but it has everything needed. Host was responsive. Location is quite good, easy to walk to the city centre area.

Die Wohnung ist klein, aber es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Auch die Lage ist sehr gut. Es ist sehr ruhig und man ist in wenigen Minuten am Hafen. Besonders toll war die freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Wir durften sogar früher einchecken. Klare Empfehlung!

Eve giriş için bütün talimatlar açıklayıcı ve kolaydı. Balkondan manzara güzeldi. 3 kişi için rahat ve idealdi ama 4 yetişkin kişi biraz zor olabilir. Bütün herşey geldiğimizde hazırdı. Çarşaflar temiz ve yeni yılanmıştı. Mutfak eşyaları fazlasıyla yeterli ve kullanışlıydı. Selanike tekrar gelirsem kesinlikle tercih edeceğim bir yer. We had a good time staying at the place. It was clean, we were received personally and it was easy and uncomplicated to reach our host. The location was perfect for us. It's within broader walking distance from the center and easy to get around with public transportation.

We hebben een geweldige tijd gehad in dit huis. Alles was perfect en het zwembad is echt fantastisch. Zef en Anastasiia waren perfecte hosts. We raden dit huis aan iedereen aan!!

Thessaloniki is such a beautiful place, and Panorama is especially peaceful and scenic. Anastasia’s home is in a great spot to really take it all in. It’s in a quiet, safe neighborhood, tucked away in a private gated cul-de-sac, which made it feel extra relaxing. The house itself is spacious and comfortable, with everything you might need, and the garden is a lovely bonus — perfect for enjoying a quiet morning or evening.

Από τα πιο ωραία καταλύματα που έχω μείνει στην Θεσσαλονίκη. Υπέροχη θέα , όμορφος χώρος και άνετος με οτιδήποτε χρειάζεσαι να το έχει . Η οικοδέσποινα πολύ καλή , επικοινωνιακή και ευχάριστη με έκανε να νιώσω πραγματικά σαν το σπίτι μου . Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα!!!!

Ο Βαλάντης ήταν εξαιρετικός οικοδεσπότης. Μας έδωσε σαφέστατες οδηγίες, ώστε να βρούμε το σπίτι με ευκολία. Η γειτονιά ήσυχη, το σπίτι καθαρό και αρκετά όμορφο. Επιπλέον, επειδή θέλαμε να μείνουμε μια μέρα επιπλέον και δεν υπήρχε διαθεσιμότητα στο σπίτι που μέναμε, μας έφερε σε επαφή με κάποια γνωστή του, ώστε να συνεχίσουμε τις διακοπές μας. Σίγουρα θα το ξαναπροτιμήσουμε!

A great apartment, walking distance from the centre but still away from the super busy area. A quiet place even though the main road is outside - great windows!! Easy check in and parking around the corner was great!!

Η διαμονή μας στο κατάλυμα ήταν πραγματικά άψογη. Το διαμέρισμα ήταν περιποιημένο και ΠΛΗΡΩΣ εξοπλισμένο με ό,τι χρειάζεται κανείς! Ο χώρος είναι άρτια φροντισμένος , η καθαριότητα υποδειγματική κ οι λεπτομέρειες μελετημένες στην εντέλεια . Το στοιχείο , επίσης, που πραγματικά απογειώνει την εμπειρία είναι η θέα , από το πρωί ως το βράδυ. Όσον αφορά την οικοδέσποινα: απλώς χαρισματική. Φιλική, άμεση, ευγενέστατη και απόλυτα επαγγελματίας -με μια σχεδόν ενστικτώδη κατανόηση του τι χρειάζεσαι πριν καν το ζητήσεις ! Ήταν πάντα διαθέσιμη για οποιαδήποτε απορία ή βοήθεια, χωρίς να γίνεται φορτική. Η στάση της συνδύαζε αυθεντική φιλοξενία με οργανωτικότητα και σεβασμό προς τον επισκέπτη – ένα σπάνιο και πολύτιμο μείγμα. Συνολικά, πρόκειται για μια εμπειρία που δεν αφήνει κανένα περιθώριο για παράπονα. Θα το προτείναμε ανεπιφύλακτα σε όποιον θέλει μια ξεκούραστη διαμονή με μοναδική θέα και ανθρώπους που πραγματικά ξέρουν πώς να σε κάνουν να νιώθεις ευπρόσδεκτος.

Eleni’s home was absolutely everything one could wish for… tasteful, lovely, and loaded with classic Greek hospitality! It is perfectly central to some of the very best spots in Thessaloniki. And it is a peaceful and restful haven to return to after full days and nights of exploration and enjoyment of such a warm people and welcoming city. I would be absolutely delighted to come and stay in this space again! A week was just not enough…. Σασ ευχαριστώ πολύ

We stayed for 2.5 weeks and it was wonderful. The place didn't have enough supplies for the length of stay so we bought some and asked him to provide some He had the extra supplies delivered to our door within a day. Other than that minor thing everything else was perfect from the location to the amenities to the communication. I would stay here again for my next trip but it's already booked!

Πολύ ευχάριστη ήταν όλα όπως τα περιμέναμε ιδιαίτερη μνεία χρειάζεται στην καθαριότητα του χώρου ήταν σε όλα προσεγμένα

Πολύ όμορφος χώρος , όμορφα διακοσμημένος. Άμεσα ζεστό νερό λόγω φυσικού αερίου. Ισόγειο με πρόσωπο πάνω στην οδό και όχι μέσα σε πολυκατοικία, δεν υπάρχει μπαλκόνι. Δύσκολο τον πάρκινγκ στην περιοχή έως αδύνατο και πολύ στενοί δρόμοι αν έχετε μεγάλο αυτοκίνητο. Υπάρχει πάρκινγκ επί πληρωμή στα 500μετρα σχετικά φθηνό. Θα μπορούσε να ήταν λίγο πιο οικονομικό για τα χαρακτηριστικά του. Πάντως ειναι μία πολύ καλή επιλογή για το σημείο που βρίσκεται.

Locuinta este tare primitoare si foarte bine echipata, avand toate utilitatile de care ai nevoie. Privelistea este incantatoare.

Πεντακάθαρο….πληρως εξοπλισμένο…το καλύτερο της πόλης σίγουρα…πολλά μπράβο!!!!
