Cozy apartment on the quiet outskirts - ideal for families with children. The charming house from before 1900 offers historic flair, but is partly noisy. Surrounded by meadows and fields, you can enjoy rural idyll with plenty of space to play and relax. Freiberg and the Erzgebirge are within easy reach - perfect for excursions, hiking or winter sports. The apartment is on the ground floor, with a tenant living above. I am available any time. Chalupa stojí na kraji lesa, 1 500 metrů od rodinného Sport areálu Klíny a běžeckých/cyklo tratí. V blízkém sousedství se nachází pouze dvě chaty. U nás najdete kompletní zázemí pro dlouhodobou zimní/letní dovolenou nebo jen pro víkendový pobyt s přáteli či rodinou. V zimním období k chalupě nedojedeš, auto musíš nechat zaparkované na 300 m vzdáleném parkovišti.

Nice small and cozy apartment for 3-5 people, quietly located right on the edge of the forest. It is great for small families, couples or solo travelers to relax and leave everyday life behind you. In the fully equipped apartment, you can sleep well with two adults and a child in the bedroom. There is a possibility to create two more beds on the sofa.
