The 9x 5 m indoor pool invites with 26 degrees water temperature in winter , as in summer. The apartment is very well appointed and has a balcony with south-east orientation. The not overcrowded beach is within walking distance via a hiking trail through the beautiful nature ( about 800 m).

Our new apartment "Upper Beach" is located on the 2nd floor, easily accessible via an elevator. You have a separate bedroom, kitchen and a large living room with sofa bed and sunny balcony. The house is located right in the center of Timmendorfer Strand. If you want to live so centrally, you sometimes have to expect some hustle and bustle and noise in the high season. Restaurants, cafes and numerous shopping are within walking distance. The beach is about 150 meters away.

Herzlich willkommen auf Gut Rachut. Vor ein paar Jahren verwirklichte ich mir den Traum vom Leben auf dem Land -nun auch gemeinsam mit meinem Mann Thomas. Dieses hübsche Fleckchen Erde liegt zwischen Lübeck und Kiel - mitten in der schönen Holsteinischen Schweiz - und ist auch nur einen Katzensprung von der Ostsee entfernt. Our vacation home (built around 1900, renovated in 2013) contains 2 apartments. We rent the apartment on the second floor as a spacious apartment with a total of 8 sleeping places. The lower apartment is used by us on weekends or during vacations. Our apartment is individually and tastefully furnished in the Scandinavian style and fully equipped. Our house is particularly suitable for families with children who want to vacation near the Baltic Sea.

The apartment is located on the 26th floor of the Maritim Hotel in Travemünde and is located directly on the beach. From the 6 m² balcony you have a beautiful view over the spa hotels of Travemünde and see as far as the Bay of Lübeck and the horizon of the Baltic Sea. Here you can relax and unwind wonderfully.

The apartment is about 100 m², has 2 rooms, kitchen and bathroom. It is on level ground and has its own entrance. It has its own terrace and is located to the south side of the house. The rooms are furnished with antique furniture. Kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, fridge. The bathroom has a large corner bath and a double sink. In the living room is a large flat screen. And many shelves with books to suit every taste.
