Holiday rentals with a patio in Kamisiana

Echt een geweldig appartement! Komt volledig overeen met de advertentie. Het is brandschoon en aan alles is gedacht: thee, koffie, wasmachine, noem het maar op. Het ligt in een rustige omgeving, maar onder aan de berg wel een leuk restaurantje om te genieten van zonsondergang. We hebben even moeten stoeien met de jacuzzi: die ging midden in de nacht om het uur aan, maar de host reageerde zeer snel en wist ons goed uit te leggen hoe we dit konden oplossen. We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad, ik zou het iedereen aanraden.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce logement très bien équipé, propre et conforme à l’annonce. L’accès direct à la mer est un vrai atout, idéal pour en profiter à tout moment de la journée. L’hôte, qui habite juste en dessous, a été très accueillant et disponible. À noter toutefois : la route proche peut être bruyante en soirée, ce qui peut gêner les personnes sensibles au bruit. Malgré cela, nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour. Merci pour votre accueil !

Отличная квартира в тихом месте. Всё чисто, аккуратно и уютно. Есть все доступное для проживания..от всех необходимых кухонных пренодлежностей до фена и утюга. Нам все понравилось..если вернёмся в эти окрестности, другое место для проживания искать не будем 😉

Nous avons absolument adorées notre séjour au Penthouse. Nous sommes un groupe de 3 couples avec deux bébés. La disposition du logement était parfaite. Nous avions chacun une chambre avec salle de bain et balcon ce qui nous permettait de tous avoir un peu d’intimité. Le logement est très bien insonorisé également. L’hôte avait laissé avant notre arrivé deux lits de bébés avec plusieurs couvertes chaudes et propres à l’intérieur, ainsi que deux chaises hautes bien équipées. Il y avait même quelques jouets pour bébé. Que dire de la propreté des lieux. C’était tout simplement parfait. Après quelques jours, nous avons même eu droit à un ménage complet et en profondeur des lieux. Finalement, le localisation est plus que parfaite. Vous êtes situés au abord de la vieille ville. Vous sortez du Penthouse et à quelques pas seulement vous y trouverez d’excellent restaurants, cafés et boutiques. Le port en soit est à seulement quelques minutes de marches. WoW je recommande vivement!

Nous y avons séjourné du 1 au 7 juin. Appartement fidèle aux photos (un petit plus avec les deux terrasses (d'on une en partie ombragée) ce qui nous permet d'être au soleil ou a l'ombre à tout moment de la journée), parking privé et accessibilité à la plage à pieds (15 mètres). Proche du centre ville à pieds (commerces, restaurants, bars, centre piétonnier, ...) et bien situé pour visiter l'ouest de la Crète. L’hôte qui nous a accueilli était très agréable (a pris le temps de nous conseiller sur la région et ses visites), disponible et réactive (nous avons demandé un ensemble de draps supplémentaire qui dans la journée était devant notre porte) merci pour l'accueil et je recommande cette appartement

Being a host myself, I am super attune to the details. This space is perfectly situated right on the water's edge with gorgeous Juliette balconies and large French doors that let the ocean breeze in. The driver let us off near the main square and we walked along the water with baggage in tow. Directions were spot on...great way to 'make an entrance' into this amazing gem of a spot. The space was perfect and had everything we needed to decompress and relax. The town has everything you need from restaurants to historical ruins to little shops. 4 days was not near enough to explore all the little streets. The cohost, Silver, was beyond amazing and accommodating. We didn't pre-plan any excursions until we arrived. When we decided on an itinerary she was on it with recommendations AND connections to make it all happen. We were treated like family. What else could you ask for?! 5-stars plus plus. Hope to return!

Das Apartment hat uns völlig begeistert. Extrem ruhig, sehr kühl auch ohni die Klimaanlage zu benützen, super eingerrichtet und die Fenster mit Mückennetz ausgerüstet. Es sieht in echt noch besser aus, als auf dem Foto. Toller Style! Manos war sehr kommunikativ und hat uns herzlich empfangen. Die Früchte war eine angeneme Überraschung. Nach Sougia ist es mit dem Auto nicht weit und es hat auch feine Tavernen in der Nähe. Der traditionelle Lebensmittelladen im Dorf rundet das ganze ab. Ein Traum für erholsame Ferien.

We just loved the flat! Everything was like described! Ilona is, without a shadow of doubt, a super host! She made us comfortable to ask for anything we needed at anytime! All the great Cretan beaches are close so you don’t need to spend hours in the car to go there! Big beautiful cities are easily reachable: Chania - 30 minutes drive Rethymno - 1 hour 15 minutes Heraklion - 2 hours. 30 minutes Don’t be afraid to spend your holidays here! Euxaristo poli Ilona! 🤗

Nádherné místo pro klidnou dovolenou. Velmi se nám zde líbilo, člověk se zde cítil jako v pohádce 🤗 Sousedé byli velmi milí a pohostinní. Měli jsem vypůjčené auto(KIA picanto) z půjčovny a v pohodě se jím dalo zaparkovat před studiem. S větším autem se dá parkovat o kousek dál cca 50m. Určitě tento skvělý WELLCOME studio mohu na 1.000000% doporučit👍😊😃

The place was great, an easy drive to Chania, Kissamos, and other little villages along the coast. The bed was comfortable and I loved that I was able to do laundry during my stay. There was a bowl of fresh fruit and some beers in the fridge upon my arrival which was a nice touch. Be aware the driveway is steep and narrow, it was nice to have a spot to park my car, just took some getting used to going up and down. I would definitely recommend this place!

Excellent séjour en Crète . Le logement est excellent , mieux encore que sur les photos, tout est propre et les équipements sont nombreux! Nos hôtes ont été très gentils et disponibles! Je recommande ce Airbnb fortement !

We absolutely loved our stay, it far exceeded our expectations. The apartment was as described, really clean and comfortable. The rooms were a good size with 2 decent sized en-suite bathrooms and the kitchen well appointed. We enjoyed BBQing on the terrace and eating outside. The private pool was much bigger than we expected and the kids loved jumping into it at the end of the day whilst we had cocktails, available from reception! The apartment is in an agricultural area surrounded by olives trees and poly tunnels growing tomatoes. This meant it was lovely and peaceful. The sunsets were amazing and view uninterrupted. Phalasarna beach was a short drive and out of season it was relaxing and a really great place to be. The shallow water meant it was really safe for the kids to enjoy jumping in the waves on windy days and swimming and exploring little caves on the calm days. Alexandros was a fantastic host, helpful and quick to respond any questions we had. We hope to come back one day!

I truly recommend staying with Niko in this beautiful villa! The house is very modern, the outside area spectacular and private and the communication with Niko was clear and helpful. The accommodation works for both families and friends. The house is located around 30mins from Chania which is easy to get to by car. Can only recommend renting this villa.

Thought this place was very good value for money. Lots of little extras, eg. Fairy lights, pool inflatables, binoculars and , in response to a request , 2 yoga mats. Above and beyond. Some may find the area too quiet. It is a short distance off the main highway but we loved the peace, the olive groves and the views. But 5 minutes drive and you are at the coast with all the services that it provides. We explored the west end of Crete and found something more like Crete of 20 years ago. Lovely, thank you very much:)

Villa anasa exceeded expectations. The pictures don't do it justice, the attention to detail in the interior is impressive. We had a lovely stay and would highly recommend. Gorgios was a gracious host and helpful in every way possible.

This place was absolutely beautiful – tastefully furnished with a great eye for detail. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the rooftop deck was a real highlight, perfect for relaxing or enjoying a sunset. The location was central and convenient, yet peaceful – the best of both worlds. I highly recommend this place and would love to stay here again! Thanks Dimitri!

Neues Appartement mit einer gut ausgestatteten Küche, tolles Bad, größer Balkon, sehr bequemes Bett. Alles hell, sauber und freundlich. Es gab Begrüßungsgetränke und lokale Spezialisten zum probieren. Konstantinos war hilfsbereit und immer gut erreichbar. Wir hatten viele seiner Tipps gefolgt und wurden nicht enttäuscht. Vielen Dank! Mietwagen ist ein muss, nur so ist man flexibel und gelangt zu den wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten.

We had a brilliant stay at this apartment. The apartment was everything we could have asked for. The kitchen had all the amenities you could need. The bed was also extremely comfortable. It really felt like Anastasia and John put a lot of effort into making this apartment perfect for a wonderful holiday. Thank you again, would highly recommend to anyone looking to book.

We had a fabulous week away here! The apartment was beautiful and well equipped. The balcony was so lovely with the amazing views. We were given oranges to make fresh orange juice which we had each day..so delicious! Also a lovely bottle of wine which was a nice welcome surprise. The apartment was a short walk to town, where each evening we explored a different area of Chania. We hired a car for exploring in the day, lovely beaches with clear blue water. Our first time to Crete and will sure to be back. Our daughter stayed with us and worked from home for 4 days, the WiFi was very good which was a relief! The apartment was very light and airy but maybe a fan in the twin room would be good as it got very hot, would be our only suggestion to improve our experience.

Superb apartment. Spacious, comfortable, modern, well equipped. Great location on edge of town with amazing views of mountains and sea. Very quiet and easy parking. I would thoroughly recommend this apartment.

Beautiful stay! Such tasteful design, spotless home with really wonderful staff to help. The team was very responsive and had really set up the place to make it very warm. It had everything you may neeed and more! Super strong winter net too so we enjoyed working there. Loved it and would definitely suggest!

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in der Unterkunft! Die Lage direkt Strand ist perfekt! Wir waren in der Nachsaison da und es war sehr ruhig. In der Hauptsaison stelle ich mir die Lage direkt angrenzend an eine Taverne schwierig vor. Viele Restaurants fussläufig in unmittelbarer Nähe! Die Unterkunft war wirklich perfekt ausgestattet und blitzsauber. Kinderspielzeug fehlte-Eleni hat ganz lieb Sandspielzeug für unsere Kinder besorgt! Herzlichen Dank dafür nochmal🩷

Onze week in deze accommodatie was werkelijk onvergetelijk. Vanaf het eerste moment voelde het fijn. We arriveerden laat in de avond, maar dat was voor Anna, onze lieve gastvrouw, totaal geen probleem. Ze stond klaar met een warm welkom, er lag een schaal vers fruit, water in de koeling. Het is werkelijk aan alles is gedacht: van keukenuitrusting tot strandspullen, speelgoed voor kinderen. De inrichting is zowel stijlvol als kindvriendelijk, wat het verblijf voor ons als gezin extra comfortabel maakte. Buiten wachtte ons een prachtig uitzicht, en de ligging is perfect: binnen 10 minuten wandelen bevind je je al in de gezellige en historische Old Town. We hebben genoten van de rust, de natuur, het comfort en de gastvrijheid. Deze plek is met recht een verborgen juweeltje en wij zouden het zonder aarzelen opnieuw boeken. Absolute aanrader!

Ioanna was the most incredible host we have ever had, she is very thoughtful, the apartment was great, with lots of little extras like food and beverages for us. The outside terrace is amazing, a great place to eat, relax, and hang out. The kitchen and bathroom are well stocked with everything a traveler would need. The location is close to the beach and restaurants and walkable to the old town, and also quiet. Ioanna was a great communicator and kept us well fed, arranged transportation to the airport, and quickly answered any questions I had. I highly recommend this place, and I hope that we can stay there again someday!
