The apartment is designed as an open loft with kitchen, living room and bedroom. The private bathroom is separate.

In 5 minutes' walking distance you are in the center with cinema, shopping, restaurants and of course an ice cream parlor. Even the swimming pool, but also hiking trails can be reached by a "shortcut" in about 5 minutes on foot. The proximity to Switzerland & the Black Forest offers many opportunities for great experiences and relaxation is guaranteed here.

The Alte Tischlerei is an individual apartment (approx. 70 square meters of living space) for nature lovers, individualists, cooking enthusiasts, dog lovers or... It is equipped with a built-in kitchen, 80 cm induction range, convection oven and steam cooker, fridge/freezer and bathroom with very large shower and separate toilet. The area is open plan, so there is no enclosed bedroom. Outside there is a private garden with seating, barbecue and fencing.

Alte Färberei Entire place

The old dye works, a factory from the 19th century. century, was expanded for mixed use. In addition to apartments, workshops and a doctor's office, guest rooms were created under the shed roofs of the factory halls. It was important to us to give the old building fabric a new use and to make it tangible. We were able to completely preserve the building shell and reuse renewed components in a different context. New components were left natural.
