Hello everyone, welcome to the best place in Kyoto. It is quiet and convenient for you to relax. Then our staff can speak Chinese and English! It took us two years to find this quiet building with an elevator, and then another year of good faith negotiations with the landlord to convince him to buy this building, which is really a Japanese building, and you can directly experience 100% of the daily life of the Japanese people! We thoughtfully decorated more than a dozen rooms in this building into different unique styles. The themes of each room were handmade and painted by us. On average, we can open a new room for an average of more than a month. We're also thrilled that Airbnb's three accounts have received more than 300 five-star Superhost reviews, and because we choose our bedding with great care, many of our customers say our beds are great to sleep in! We also care about cleaning, and we know that cleaning and cleaning outsourcing is the cheapest, but we don't feel the care and temperature, so our room is completely cleaned with our utmost care. Most of the good airbnb accommodation in a good location in Kyoto does not have an elevator, especially the old Machiya. Sometimes we travel with our parents and children. This is a 3-minute walk from Furukawa Bridge Station on the Keihan Line, 85 square meters, and a 2-story detached house for rent. (Not a shared house) There is a large living room, dining room, and full kitchen on the 1st floor, and 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom on the 2nd floor. There is a parking lot next to the house and a smoking area in the backyard. It is 20 minutes from the Meishin Suita IC and 10 minutes from the Daini-Keihan Sakaimon-Masu IC. There are two supermarkets, AEON and SATAKE (both 2 minutes on foot) near this rental house. There are also many restaurants and convenience stores, so you can have a pleasant stay without any problems, whether it's a short trip or a long stay. It is convenient to use the Keihan train and various trains to get to tourist destinations such as Osaka city, Kyoto, Nara, and Kobe. Sightseeing by car is also very convenient, with an interchange nearby.

This place had everything you will need for a comfortable stay that some Airbnbs don't have like ample supply of trash bags, laundry detergent and the little things I noticed like a sewing kit, nail cutter, cotton buds, lots of hangers in diff sizes apart from the usual like good brand of toiletries and toilet/tissue paper. Near the train stations. 17 min flat walk to Dotonbori. Nice restos nearby and a Lawson just at the corner. Seamless early checkout procedure and we left out luggages in their extra room in the building since our flight was at night. Will highly recommend and use next time. Thank you Ms. Anita❤️

I was hesitant at first bec of some negative reviews about the safety of the place as we are travelling with kids but since it was Golden week, still pushed through with the booking. And glad I did! From Shin-Imamiya, it was a 8-10mins walk, there was a clear instruction how to check-in. The unit was clean, blankets and washroom which Im very particular were also clean and new. We had slippers, all the basic amenities you’ll need. Washing machine detergent was even provided! There’s a lot of konbini, a 2 floor Don Qui and a Spa resort. There was a smell on the hallway when u go out because of the restau downstairs but it does not go inside the unit. AC cleanliness can be improved but overall, my family were satisfied and it was safe in the area! We were walking almost every night and although there were drunk men, they just mind their business. Recommended and thanks Gen for all the help :)

This is first time to bring my family (5 adults) to Osaka. This room is bigger than my expectation. The location is so great. You can walk to the main location in Osaka easily. And so close to subway station if you want to go anywhere. Host strongly support the VDO for direction to the room and also checking in method. I recommend the most.
