The house is a 2-minute walk from Tamagawa Station on the Sennichimae Line, and 4 stops to Namba. 5 min walk to JR Noda, 2 stops to Osaka Umeda Station, 3 stops to Universal Studios. 8 min walk to Noda Hanshin station. 1 hour to Kyoto/Nara. The house is 80 square meters with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and 2 toilets. Bedroom 1: 2 single beds of 1 meter; can also be combined into 1 large bed of 2 meters; Bedroom 2: 3 Japanese-style beds of 1 meter; Bedroom 3: 2 Japanese-style beds of 1 meter. Temporary parking is available on the driveway next to the house, but do not block the neighbors' access to their homes. Professional Japanese cleaning company provides cleaning and hygiene services, and the bedding is changed after every guest. There are many restaurants, shopping streets, and supermarkets nearby. Shinbashi-suji Shopping Street is a 3-minute walk away. There are 2 24-hour convenience stores and 1 Hankyu supermarket within a 2-minute walk. Nishimura Residence is an old-fashioned Nara-machiya that has been standing on a piece of Nara-machi for more than 100 years. I was a “grandmother” for a long time when I was a child. In Nara Town, there is a pleasant despicable feeling that never changes. "I want to be filled with this pleasant contempt even for future generations." With that in mind, I took care of the empty Nishimura Residence. - Nishimura-Tei is originally a traditional Japanese house which has been here in Nara-machi town over 100 years, where my grandmother used to live in. My mother and I decided to renovate this house to preserve and pass down the virtue of good old days in Japan to the next generation as well as to show it to you.
