This guest house opened in July 2021. Osu Shopping Street is within a 7-minute walk, and there is a bar on the ground floor, which is popular with local customers. The shared counter kitchen is stocked with a variety of cooking utensils and condiments, so you can enjoy cooking right away. Nearby supermarkets, convenience stores, and pharmacies are within 350 meters. The shared living room is available 24 hours a day, so you can enjoy chatting with guests you've become friends with until midnight, or work at the counter desk. There is no curfew and the shower is available 24 hours. Check-in time is from 4 pm to 11 pm, but Early check-in may be available, so please consult with us. Check-out is by 12: 00, so you can relax and enjoy it. The following items are not included, You can rent or buy them. This is a Japanese-style room with an old-fashioned Japanese feel. It is a tatami mat room with futons. It can accommodate up to 2 guests 4 shower rooms and 2 toilets are shared. Free WiFi available! There is a convenience store right in front, and a supermarket, Don Quijote, tavern, restaurant, and hot spring within walking distance. About 50 minutes to Osaka City!! Sea, castle, garden, hot spring, fresh fish, Japanese food, Wakayama ramen. Experience Japan that is not overly touristy in Wakayama, where fish is cheap and delicious. Drink, eat, play. There are plenty of cheap and good stores. World Heritage Koyasan, Kumano Kodo, castles, temples, and hot springs 10-minute walk to Wakayama Castle. Very convenient for walking. It is especially great during cherry blossom and autumn foliage seasons. About 15 minutes on foot to JR Wakayama Station, and about 40 minutes by car to Kansai International Airport. About 1 hour and 30 minutes to Koyasan. 1 hour and 30 minutes to Kumano Kodo. The bus from JR Wakayama Station East Exit to Kansai International Airport is convenient and takes about 40 minutes.

We are a hip boutique hostel in Shinsekai within walking distance of Tsutenkaku Tower, a famous symbol of Osaka. Travel around Osaka is easy as we are located within walking distance of three stations (JR Line, Midosuji and Sakaisuji subway lines). We are also within walking distance of central areas such as Namba. Around our hostel there are many cheap, local restaurants, as well as super markets and shops. The hostel features a shared living area containing a loft with cafe and a records shop. The cafe, located on the first floor serves in-house roasted coffee and some meals. Our guest house Sumiya is in the centre of Kawayu village near Kumano Hongu Taisha shrine. River Oto in front is a unique river with its hot spring sources and you can enjoy an open air bath (small one in the summer and a big one in the winter). Near to Kumano Kodo trail, Kawayu is one of the best destinations for those who want to know more about the area's history and culture and enjoy its nature.
