Monthly Rentals in Kansasville

This place is good! It's located in the center of town, right on the main street, making it very convenient and walkable to a nearby park. The unit looked just like the photos. Personally, I really liked the way the room smelled—clean and pleasant. The only downside is that you can hear street traffic, but overall it's a great spot for a short stay.

We had a great stay! Everything was as described and we were cozy from the moment we walked in! Neighborhood is cute, neighbors were friendly, and you can’t beat the lake views! (just a few short steps from the driveway and you’re right at the boat launch) We didn’t bring our kayaks with but we could have easily walked them down. It was a great week here and we would absolutely stay again!

Stayed here before and it’s just as he says. It’s away from the downtown traffic and noise but close enough to everything that it’s not out the way. It’s a spectacular place to stay and he is very friendly and very responsive if you have any questions or anything he always is willing to help and responded in a timely manner. Would recommend this place to anyone to stay. Will be back in the future due to the hospitality and location. He is an awesome host and you get exactly what’s in the description. 10 out of 10

Wish we had time to book a longer stay! Regardless, it was a perfect place for my son and I to stay and do some kayaking and fishing on Paddock Lake. The deck was really a nice touch with the cafe lights. It was really nice to have access to a dock to launch our kayaks and fish from.
