Cozy apartment in a quiet location with balcony

The apartment is on the first floor and is nice and cool in summer. It has been completely renovated and lovingly designed by us with a lot of craftsmanship. The wood workshop is in the house. (only as a hobby....no noise is to be expected)😉 The garden is a small oasis and in it is my florist workshop, which I run commercially. The rooms of the apartment are bright, spacious and friendly. Blackout blinds are attached. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you could ever need. As host, I live on site and am always available to answer any questions you may have. Books and games are provided.

Herzlich willkommen über den Dächern Weimar´s! Inmitten der Innenstadt über den Dächern Weimar´s, super zentral am Herderplatz gelegen, befindet sich im Dachgeschoss die geräumige 140m² 4-Zimmer Maisonette Wohnung. Eine große Dachterrasse mit Blick auf das Schloss lässt die Abende bei Wein gemütlich ausklingen. Sie befinden sich bei Verlassen des Hauses direkt in der Innenstadt mit vielen Cafes, Restaurants und Sehenswürdigkeiten. Ein Bäcker für die Frühstücksbrötchen ist direkt um die Ecke.

Welcome to our sweet apartment on our farm near Weimar. On almost 55 square meters you will find a well-equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower, a living room with dining table and a bedroom. The apartment can accommodate up to 4 adults. In the living room there is a sofa bed with a slatted base. For children, the accommodation is ideal, because right in front of the house is a playground. Please note the rather steep stairs up to the apartment. We look forward to seeing you!

Cozy little cave in villa

The room is in the basement of a villa in a good location of Weimar. It has a separate entrance on the side of the villa where there is also a small outdoor seating area with table for the guests. There you go down a few stairs to the entrance. In the anteroom is the wardrobe where there is also a fridge, kettle and Nespresso coffee maker. From there, the toilet is accessible. Bedroom has a 1.40 x 2 m bed with sitting area and small bathroom with walk-in shower. No kitchen!

The bright and cozy apartment is located in a large garden in the district of Taubach, idyllically located on the Ilm, 5 km from the city center in Weimar. A separate entrance leads to the kitchen-living room, a large living/sleeping room and the bathroom. A sliding door can be closed to the kitchen-living room. The garden can be fully used. Various seats invite you to relax. There are two beautiful bike paths to Weimar as well as an hourly bus connection.

House overlooking Weimar, far from the hustle and bustle of the city. In our small lovingly designed brick house, right by the vineyard, in our large park-like private property you can relax. The day can start with a breakfast and a good cup of coffee, for example at sunrise on the terrace with magnificent distant views. The bedroom with large double bed is located upstairs in the gallery. Our farm dog Cleo is well-behaved and joyfully welcomes all guests.

Unsere gemütliche Ferienwohnung wünscht sie in der Kulturstadt Weimar herzlich Willkommen. Die Wohnung liegt im Erdgeschoß unseres liebevoll renovierten Jugendstihaus von 1897 und bietet auf ca. 50qm Platz für max. 2 Personen. Küche und Bad sind mit Fenster. Bahnhof und Stadtzentrum sind in 10-15 Minuten bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Parken ist vor dem Haus auf der Straße kostenlos möglich. Fahrräder können sicher abgestellt und E-Bike auch geladen werden.

Centrally located apartment between the city center & train station

The apartment is easily accessible by car, train and bicycle and is located approximately midway between the center and the train station. In-house parking is available directly in front of the house, bicycles can be parked in our bicycle cellar. A bus stops very close by. The Charlot Weimar guesthouse is located in the same house, so that even more people can stay. For more rooms, please inquire directly via the website.

The amenities also allow for longer stays. A well-equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. The city center can be reached comfortably in 5 minutes on foot.

The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. It is in the immediate vicinity of the city center, but also a large park. The town of Apolda is only a few kilometers from Weimar, Jena, Bad Sulza or Naumburg. We hosts live in a house on the same property and are happy to help you with “advice and assistance.”
