Guest cottage in Hultsby, Rockneby

Welcome to rent our nice guesthouse with rural location and proximity to the sea outside of Kalmar. 20 minutes to Öland and central Kalmar and 10 minutes to Ikea. The cottage is located in the corner of our garden and is compact living of 15 sqm with four beds (2 bunk beds), kitchenette and toilet/shower. Bed linen and towels are not included in the accommodation but can be rented for 100 SEK/person. If you would like sheets and towels please let me know before arrival. The guests clean themselves. If you wish to clean, 300 SEK will be added.

Sea Glimpse

Take a break, unwind in our cozy guest room! Nature & the sea outside the door. 50 meters down we have our jetty where you can enjoy the morning coffee. Feel free to borrow the rowing boat to test the recognized fine fishing waters or borrow a bike to explore the local area. Hike along the Kalmarsund Trail and feel the Småland history between stone walls, sea and cultivation landscapes. Sofa/daybed that pulls out to a double bed as well as a wide loft bed with a ladder. Bed for 3 but recommended for 2. Warm welcome!

Cottage at the ocean with own pier and boat+motor

Newly built seaside cottage for comfortable year-round accommodation directly at the shore of an idyllic bay. 4 + 1 beds. About 350 m2 private plot with pier and boat. The cottage is perfect for those seeking a quiet seaside location with wonderful archipelago and nature to explore. The idyllic Revsudden is 10 minutes by car, Kalmar (Sweden Summer City 2015 and 2016) 15 minutes and Öland 25 minutes. Boat with electric outboard motor (0,5 HP) and oars included april-october.

Modern stuga med panorama utsikt över Karlskrona skärgård belägen ca 10 m från havet. Tillgång till barnvänlig strand som delas med värdfamilj. Boendet lämpar sig för familj upp till 4 personer. Vid sidan av detta boende finns även en lägenhet för 2 personer att hyra på Airbnb den heter Seaside apartment. Modern cottage (2020) with panorama view over the archipelago and situated 10 m from the water. This retreat is suitable for family of 4 persons.

Åslemåla, a beautiful place on the country side

A small guest house with room for 4 people, located on the country side. Kitchen, fridge, freezer, coffee machine, toaster, stove, toilett, Tv, dvd, play station 3.....if you can not find the second bed room... look again and it helps if you have seen the movie Narnia :)....There is no shower in the guest house, but an out door shower in the garden… also no wi-fi in the guest house. A peaceful and quiet environment in middle of the nature....

Småland country cottage

Newly renovated and simple summer room on our 19th century farm three miles north of Kalmar. We offer a simple accommodation in an idyllic Småland landscape. In the room there is electricity, wifi, freshly cut outdoor toilet and the opportunity to borrow bicycles. There is a fridge, microwave, kettle and coffee maker. Six kilometres to the east is Kalmarsund and the shopping centre Pataholm. Cats, chickens and cows are nearby.

Nice summer cottage in quiet and idyllic environment of 112 m2 with lake view. The cottage has 4 bedrooms with possibility of 7 sleeping places as well as a bedsoso with sleeps 2. With the glazed patio you sit in a lovely surroundings and can hang out regardless of the weather. You have access to your own barbecue and outdoor furniture.

Studio Styrsö

Nice small and modern studio close to the seaside. 8km to the city center of Kalmar and 2okm to reach the Island Öland with their lovely beaches and wonderful nature. If you want to stay on the Island Styrsö where the studio is located you find a bathing place 500meters down the road.

Cozy cottage 20 m2 in paradise Big Tubes

Maria and I rent out our renovated small cottage located in the small nice Stora Rör, right between Färjestaden (Öland bridge) and Borgholm. Perfectly located in the middle of the island, for excursions both north and south.
